MemberHi immeemz,
Thanks for posting your date settings. As Casey mentioned in his reply on April 18, we were able to replicate this on our own site. As a rule, we do not log into our customer’s sites for security reasons. However, we are dedicated to testing and replicating issues on our own installs so that we can get confirmed issues into our system to be fixed.
We have replicated and ticketed your issue, and are actively working to correct it. Although we test our plugins thoroughly with each release, bugs and issues inevitably slip through and are caught by users such as yourself. We then work to correct those problems as soon as possible. I’m sorry that you have run into multiple issues here, but please know that we are doing our best to get them fixed. We will update you here as soon as we have any progress to report.

MemberHi imperativeideas,
We actually now have 5 ticketing options that allow multiple prices, as well as full ticketing and registration functionality. Check them out on this site under Products! Additionally, you can put a range price in the Event Cost field with just The Events Calendar, so you can still show multiple ticket prices 🙂
Cheers,

MemberHi Torbjørn,
Thanks so much for working on these. I just updated the .po with the latest .pot file and there are a few more strings for you to translate if you don’t mind. You can download the updated files here. Once I have the 100% complete one, I’ll test it and add it to the plugin. I’ll be sure to credit you in the readme file and send you a coupon for a free license.

MemberHi Walber,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins. The functionality you described above is not built into any of our plugins. However, you may be able to do it with some customization and/or third party plugins. Please note that we are note able to support major customizations. However, we do have helpful tutorials and documentation to help you out.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

MemberHi Sorin,
Thanks for your note. You are correct- those are the three plugins you would need to achieve that functionality. We have designed our plugin suite to be a sort of mix and match, so people can choose which plugins they want to meet the needs of their particular site. Let me know if you have any further questions- and thank you for your interest!

MemberHi veruska,
Thanks for your note. You’re not doing anything wrong! At this time, Events Calendar PRO does not have the functionality to export multiple events (like from a results page) to Google Calendar. It can only import individual events, such as from the link you included.
We are currently looking into this to see if it is possible to expand the Google Calendar export to include multiple events. Hopefully, we’ll be able to include this feature in a future release. You can stay updated on our progress by watching the UserVoice feature page.

May 2, 2014 at 11:45 am in reply to: WooCommerce Tickets work out of the box with any theme? #148397Leah
MemberHi Gustavo,
Thanks for your note. It looks like that theme was designed to work with Events Calendar PRO, but I’m not sure about WooCommerce Tickets. We can’t ever truly guarantee that a theme will work with our plugin- there are simply too many variables in site set-up and we wouldn’t want to promise something like that. I recommend that you get in touch with the theme developer and ask if they have integrated the theme to also work with WooCommerce Tickets and Facebook Events. That will give you the best idea of whether it will all work together or not 🙂

MemberHi Toby,
Thanks for your note. You can certainly purchase Events Calendar PRO and WooCommerce Tickets, but I’m not familiar with Zapier or Solve360. I highly recommend that you download our free plugin, The Events Calendar, and see if that will integrate with those other programs. If that seems to work, you might try going premium. However, I do want to caution you that our calendar was not designed to be part of a CRM, and we wouldn’t be able to provide support for that kind of integration. Please let me know if you have any further questions- and I’d love to know if that integration does work 🙂

MemberHi Mads,
Thanks for the information. I’ve uploaded the fixed nb_NO files for both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO here. Can you try making the changes you want in those files, and see if that works? Hopefully that will correct the issue. Make sure that you put the fixed files in the /lang folder for each plugin and replace the previous nb_NO files.

MemberHi Sebastian,
I’m glad to hear that corrected the translation issue!
As I noted above, we are working on making a setting for the date formats so that you can change it to the European style. We hope to have this done for one of our next upcoming releases, so it will likely be available for you soon.
I’m afraid I can’t help you with hacking it- the date formats are widespread and complicated, and we don’t have a way for you do to change it yourself. That’s part of why we are prioritizing putting in the setting, so that this won’t be an issue. Thank you for your patience while we work on that.

MemberHi Sebastian,
Thanks for your note. I suspect that those untranslated phrases you’re seeing are due to outdated translation files. I’ve uploaded the latest German translation files for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO here. You can download those and put them in the /lang files for each plugin. I believe that should fix those. Please make sure you’re running the latest version of each plugin first.
There are a number of places that The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO do not use the WordPress Date Format settings. We are working on making those totally adjustable so they will be international-friendly. However, at this time they are not changeable. Thank you for your patience while we improve our localization features!
