MemberHi Žiga,
Thank you for helping out with translations. It’s important that we have the translations for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO before the other plugins, so I’m glad you are working on those. Once you have those ready I will test these files as well.

May 13, 2014 at 5:35 pm in reply to: Translation Events Calendar PRO to french (all plugins) #159911Leah
MemberHi Alaric,
Thank you so much for working in these. I’ve added the following translations to the plugins:
- <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>Facebook Events</span>
- Eventbrite Tickets
- WooCommerce: Tickets
- EDD: Tickets
- WPEC: Tickets
- Shopp: Tickets
You also submitted a translation of Events Calendar PRO, but I can’t add that until I have a matching updated version of The Events Calendar as well. The other files in your dropbox were not translated, so those didn’t get added either. If you’d like to translate those other ones that would be great and I can get them added as well.
I’ve made sure to update the readme files for each plugin to credit you for the translation. I can also send you a coupon so you can get some free licenses. Which of the plugins you translated would you like licenses for?
Best,
Leah
May 13, 2014 at 4:47 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Tickets work out of the box with any theme? #159888Leah
MemberHi Gustavo,
I’m sorry to hear that the theme developer did not want to support WooCommerce Tickets. Ultimately that decision will be up to them. It is a good thing to keep in mind if you decide to buy the plugin.
If your organization is a NGO, you might consider our non-profit program which provides free .zip copies of our plugins to qualified organizations. You can read more about that and apply for the program here.
Generally, we do not provide refunds because of theme conflicts. However, if you purchase the plugin and want a refund within 30 days, you can email us at pro (at) tri.be and we will consider it. We can provide minor assistance to help with theme conflicts, but please note that you may need to do some customizing yourself or hire a developer if the plugin is not compatible out of the box.
We do not provide email support, but you can subscribe to any forum threads in order to get emailed updates.
You can see an example of WooCommerce Tickets on our demo site WPshindig.

MemberHi John,
Thanks so much for working on these! They look great and I’ll be adding them to our plugins for the next release. Can you give me your full name so that I can give you proper credit in the readme.txt files?

MemberHi Tim,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins. At this time, neither The Events Calendar nor Events Calendar PRO includes a RSVP functionality. You may be able to add it with a third-party plugin or with some customization. I’d love to have you add your votes to our UserVoice page– that helps us decide what to add in future builds and you can stay updated on our progress.

Might this tutorial help you out? If that’s not what you’re going for, let me know and I’ll see if we can’t point you in the right direction for what you need.

MemberHi altblackpool,
Thanks for your note. Am I correct that you are running Facebook Events with The Events Calendar, and without Events Calendar PRO?
We recently redid our license key functionality, and we’ve run into an issue where some folks are not able to put in their license keys if they don’t have PRO. The good news is that you can still use all the functionality of Facebook Events, as long as the plugin is installed and activated.
The only consequence of this issue is that when we release Facebook Events 3.6, you’ll need to update the plugin manually instead of automatically. We’re happy to assist with that when the time comes. And we’ll have the problem fixed in that version, so you’ll then be able to put in your license key and have automatic updates from there on.
Thanks for your understanding and patience while we get this fixed. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Best,
Leah
