    Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I am limited on the support I can provide for something like this but I’m happy to help dig into this a little further with you.

It does sound like an interesting situation. To help answer your question here, would you mind verifying the same steps if I were to use the site as if I were using the app version.

    1. I go to your main events page at http://wheretogokiddo.com/search/. The filters show there by default.
    2. I click on the first event in that list
    3. On the single event view, I click “All Events” at the top of the page
    4. I’m taken back to http://wheretogokiddo.com/search/ and the filter bar displays

Are those the correct steps? If so, the difference here is that in the app step #4 doesn’t display the filters?

If that’s the case, there shouldn’t be any change or difference in the URLs for those two links. When the app has the issue with displaying, is it not showing the full filter section or is it an issue that those filters are collapsed and not able to expand?

    Thanks!

    Hey Chris,

    Thanks for following up here.

We did have an update recently, however this unfortunately did not make it into that release due to the scoping for that release being defined before the bug was initially reported. However, we do have this one set to the highest possible priority and will be addressed and released as soon as possible.

    Thanks!

    Hey Fred,

I apologize for the confusion here.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure what further support I would be able to provide here. You can verify the suspicion for the theme styles by switching to a default theme here.

From there, it looks like there was specific styles being added to those specific checkboxes causing them to appear as sub elements. I can point you in the direction for that issue like I did in the previous response, however there isn’t something that I can fix directly.

If you’re unable to make those CSS changes (or remove those declared elements from your theme or customizer options) and it is a deal breaker for using the plugin, you can request a refund for your purchase.

    Thanks!

    Hey Dan,

I’m terribly sorry about the continued issue here. I’ll test this again myself and look back over the development notes on the associated ticket here.

    Thanks!

    Hey George,

Thanks for following up with us here.

I don’t have any good advice for a solution here that wouldn’t be a bit hacky. However, it looks like we do have a solution for this in our upcoming release (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/5318027-allow-display-of-multi-day-events-occuring-on-simu). You can add your voice there on that thread and you’ll be notified when that solution comes available.

    Thanks!

    Hey Fred,

I’m sorry for any confusion there. The files there should be in the same folders where you were looking or applying the previous changes suggested above. Was there a specific step in the previous response that you would like further explanation on?

    Thanks!

    Hey Michael,

To follow up with you here.

We have someone on our team working directly with the team at WPML to help in ironing out some of these issues. I can’t give you a specific time when these issues will be resolved but I have added this thread to that discussion and you’ll be notified here as we make progress.

I apologize for the inconvenience of this one at this time. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Thanks!

    Hey Michael,

    Thanks for following up here!

You should be able to grab that information from the form data (wouldn’t be stored anywhere directly at this point in the checkout process) when a ticket is added to the cart, however there would be several layers of customization there to grab the information and then compare and apply the discount that we wouldn’t be able to provide support for here in these forums.

Alternatively though, you could take advantage of the Global Stock feature here that should alleviate the ticket count issue you mention above.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Fred,

Thanks for following up here and switching back to the checkboxes here.

I took a look at the site now, and I can see the issue you’re describing here. I dug into the styles there and it looks like there is a lot of custom CSS being output there that looks like it may be tied to some type of customizer type plugin (or settings within your theme)?

For example, the “Holiday” option that seems to be out of line there, is actually set to appear properly based on its hierarchy. However, there is custom styling specifically set on that option to indent it with the left border (https://cloudup.com/cEvJAJKpJwZ).

If you remove those particular styles, the order should display properly there with the checkboxes.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Cindy,

    Thanks for following up here.

Something you could try would be to change the priority of the hook when using the snippet. Maybe try, “add_action( ‘pre_get_posts’, ‘edcny_pre_get_posts’, 100 );” to increase the priority and possibly let this run after anything that Relevansi is doing for the search.

The feature is definitely a good suggestion! We would love to have you add the idea to our UserVoice page to allow others to vote on the feature as well.

    Thanks!
