ParticipantHello unhinged,
Thanks for following up.
I can’t say a specific date or release that this will be fixed. We will however update you on the progress of the ticket here and you will be notified when the fix is ready to be shipped.
I apologize again for any inconvenience.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello unhinged,
Thanks for following up with us!
Not necessarily, just wanted to verify that I was understanding what you were wanting to accomplish with the event and that I was testing with the same settings that you have.
I’ve tested this on a local install and found that there are some irregularities in the way that events display when they are set to be hidden. I’ve created a bug report for this issue and passed it along to our developers to be addressed in an upcoming release.
I apologize for the inconvenience that this issue has caused. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello agershon,
Terribly sorry for the delayed response! Didn’t see this one pop back up in my support queue.
That option would probably work to remove the crawl errors from the views associated with The Events Calendar but it would also remove all the events from being included in your sitemap.
I did some research and found this article that references a solution for “/feed 404 errors” associated with Yoast SEO settings. Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello standupmagazin,
No problem, glad I was able to help!
I’ll go ahead and close this ticket. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to open a new one.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up with that information.
I reached out to our developers and they came up with a solution that will help for themes that use default pagination on static front pages. If you check out this gist, you can add this to your theme’s “functions.php” file (excluding the opening “<?php”).
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
One further question, within your themes, what are the settings for the homepage under the Settings -> Reading tab? Is it the default WP loop or is it a static page?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello standupmagazin,
Thanks for following up!
It looks like this is the title for the associated filter. You can change that within the settings at Events -> Settings within the “Filters” tab. You can see the title sections that looks like this https://cloudup.com/c6qYilJexD7.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us! In the future, it is best to open new tickets even for similar requests. This will ensure that we’re able to answer everyone’s questions as quickly as possible.
That being said, I do apologize for the delay in our ability to address all of your requests within this thread. I’m reaching out to one of our developers to see if this is something that we can address within our plugin.
Again, I apologize for the issues you’re experiencing in using our plugin. Hopefully we can find the root of the issue quickly.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello rdall,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
If I’m understanding your question correctly, it sounds like you’re looking for the organizer view which can be found within the core plugin at views -> modules -> meta -> organizer.php. If you would like to customize this file, you can do so by following our Themer’s Guide to put the customization within your theme and preserving them for future plugin updates.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello bookyt,
Thanks for reaching out to us and giving us a heads up on this issue!
At what point is the “invalid string” warning showing up for your (adding to cart, at checkout, etc?). Also, from which page are you attempting to purchase the Pro plugin? From the main page for the product https://tri.be/shop/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/? Also, which license are you attempting to purchase?
I look forward to your feedback! Hopefully we can get this sorted out as quickly as possible.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello hubertsmits,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing while using our plugin. Have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures, particularly the switching to a default theme, to see if this is a possible conflict?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello frugalphillymom,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
This is definitely a strange issue to be having and I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. To start, let’s work on trying to get the duplicates deleted.
- <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>Deleting items is a basic WordPress function. Do you have the same issue when trying to delete items from other post types (posts, pages)? Try following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if you’re able to delete items with a default install.</span>
- If the issue persists, try contacting your hosting provider about the server error. It could be that your site is exceeding the processing supported by your current hosting plan.
For the initial cause of this problem, the events duplicating in the first place:
- <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>Does this continue to be a persistent issue for all recurring events?</span>
- Do events duplicate the same way when they’re created while you’re in a “clean slate” state after following the Testing for Conflicts procedures above?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello APA,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with using and updating our plugin. With the latest update we made some changes to the way the list works to give greater flexibility. However, redirects to “events/list/?tribe_event_display=past” were put into place to make for a seamless transition. Did this not occur properly for your site?
Also, I took a look at your site and noticed the Previous/Next events issue you’ve noted above as well. Does this issue persist if you switch to a default theme?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello Rick,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to recreate the issue on my local install using the information provided above. However, I do have an idea that may be able to help. If you would like to only require the Organizer Email field, try removing “organizer” from your $fields array section. This requires the entire section rather than just the individual field.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello 600lines,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I apologize for the issues you’re experiencing when using our plugin. I tested out and noticed the same thing that you’re noticing with HTML characters being displayed for ” ‘ ” once events are imported into Eventbrite.
I’m not sure if there is anything that we can do about this on our side. Our run this by our developers to see what the options are.
Thanks!
