    Hey Luciane,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

To start, can you verify that you’ve followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures and have deactivated other plugins and switched to a default theme to see if the issue persists? Also, could you provide a link to a page on your site where this is happening so we can take a closer look?

    Thanks!

    Hey Mason,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

This is actually a known bug in our system that should be addressed in the next update of our plugin. When switching to a different country, the states for the US persist in the select box that displays to the right of the new text field. For now, you can just fill in the needed Provinces in the text box.

There isn’t currently a way to add a select box of the Canadian provinces within the plugin settings. If you would like, you can add this suggestion to our UserVoice page for consideration in further developments.

    Thanks!

    Hey Adam,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Definitely! When applying a specific page to import events for, you’ll have a dashboard that will list all the events for that page along with checkboxes for each event. On this screen you can select which events are imported or opt to import all events.

    Thanks!

    Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I took a look at your site and noticed the mobile styling as you described. I’m unable to replicate on my local install. I recall seeing this issue a few months back with another user and the result ended up being an issue with their theme and an associated conditional for logged-out users.

When disabling plugins and reverting back to a default WordPress theme, did you clear any caching at that point as well?

    Thanks!

    Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

This is a great question. I plugin should work with most WordPress themes. However, when we do see issues or conflicts with themes it’s usually due to the theme having a heavily customized way of customizing the front-end of the site. For example, any theme that markets itself as a “drag and drop” type theme has a higher likelihood for potential conflict.

That being said, we do regularly test our themes against the default WordPress themes (Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, etc.) and those could be a great place to start.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Corina,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I’m not sure I follow exactly what you’re looking for in each of these requests, however they all sound like you’re needing to customize the display and content used for the front-end form in our Community Events plugin?

If so, you can follow our Themer’s Guide and by copying the associated “modules” from the Community Events plugin into your theme and customizing those modules as needed.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Jason,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I tested the snippet and noticed the same error however noticed that it should work if you exclude the namespace section at the beginning. However, we do need to address the associated URL to see what’s currently causing that error.

To add the start time, you can follow the same format for the addition of the start date from that same tutorial. You’ll just need to replace the date functions with the time functions https://theeventscalendar.com/function/tribe_get_start_time/.

    Thanks!

    Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t currently have full compatibility with WPML. We are looking into a solution for this issue in an upcoming release. I’ve added your thread to our internal ticket for tracking these issues and you’ll be notified here as we work to make progress on this issue.

I apologize for the inconvenience of this issue.

    Thanks!

    Hey Stefano,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I’m not sure I’m following the nature of this request. Since all the markers are based off of the venue and not necessarily the event, wouldn’t all the markers have identical content no matter which event they represented?

If you would like, you could attempt to customize the output of the map being presented by Google. Here is some great information to aid in that if you would like https://developers.google.com/maps/tutorials/customizing/.

    Thanks!

    Hey Jorge,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

This is definitely a strange issue to be having. Have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure this isn’t a plugin or theme conflict causing the issue?

Let me know if this reveals anything about the issue.

    Thanks!

    Hey Spencer,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

The best way to do this would be to follow our Themer’s Guide and copy the single-event.php file from the “views” folder within the plugin and copy it into a “tribe-events” folder within your theme. You can then add the sidebar where you would like within that file.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Steve,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately recurring events are not currently supported with our WooCommerce Tickets plugin. You can see the note in the last paragraph of the ‘What does it do” section here https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-wootickets/.

We are actively pursuing a solution to make this work but it is currently not yet available. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused, if there is anything that we can do to assist you in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to ask.

    Thanks!

    Hey Marc,

As a clarification, this is the plugin that you currently are having the conflict with http://www.woothemes.com/products/name-your-price/? Bringing up the issue to the other plugin developer couldn’t hurt. I’ll run this by our team as well to see if this is something that we could potentially look into from our side.

    Thanks!
