    Hey Émilie,

    Thanks for following up.

Ah, it looks like you would like that added to this part of the list template https://cloudup.com/cKve9EXKN5V.

You can do this by following our Themer’s Guide and copying the views > pro > widgets > modules > single-event.php file into your theme and modifying the “list-date” div to include the month in addition to the day and day number.

To do this, you can just copy one of the existing spans within that div and ensure you change the format code for the date ( the “D” or “d”) to be the correct one for displaying the month.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Zsolt,

Thanks for following up with us. So it sounds like the root issue here is a conflict with Headway 3.6?

Out of curiosity, do you have the ability to download older versions of Headway? If so, could you try downloading the latest 3.5.x version of the plugin. I know we have customers on those versions where the plugin and theme work fine together.

I’m curious if maybe something happened with 3.6 that may have caused the issue you’re currently experiencing.

    Thanks!

    Hey Matthew,

Thanks for reaching out, however we request that you open a new thread for your topic. Although it may seem like your issue is similar, there are many different potential causes for an issue so we want to ensure every customer gets our full attention within a single thread.

    Thanks!

    Hey Mathieu,

Thanks for following up on these requests.

Based on the error page when visiting http://experiencefood.ca/tribe-oauth/eventbrite, it appears that you’re website is currently hosted on a Windows server. Investigating further, I also see that your main site has a very odd permalink structure with all pages including a pass through “index.php” (http://experiencefood.ca/index.php/restaurant-information/).

I’m not positive but it appears that this is due to limitations with hosting on a Windows server and could possibly be addressed with one of the workarounds described here https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Permalinks_without_mod_rewrite.

Ultimately, based on the way the rewrites are currently handled with the inclusion of “index.php” to the URL, I’m not sure there will be a clean way to handle the rewrite that is currently in place that handles that authorization URL. The best thing you could do would be to reach out to your hosting provider to get an alternative URL structure set up.

Alternatively you could also request a refund by sending a copy of your original receipt to support[at]theeventscalendar.com.

    Thanks!

    Hey AJ,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately  our Ticketing plugins don’t work as Variable Products and are currently only intended to be used as “Simple Products”. This is something that has been brought up on our UserVoice and something we have taken into consideration.

If you would like a refund though, you can submit a request to support[at]theeventscalendar.com for a refund.

In the meantime, we do have a beta program for some updates we’re making to our Ticket plugins. With this update, you’ll now be able to store meta information with tickets. This isn’t exactly what you’re requesting here but I could see some possible workarounds with multiple tickets as a potential solution here.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I took a look at our widgets and see that by default they do include the month in the date format. If you’re not seeing this at all, take a look at your settings under the Event Settings > Display tab within the date format section and ensure that your settings look like the following https://cloudup.com/cHMxs1MXj7I.

Additionally, would you mind providing a live link to the site where you’re experiencing the issue?

    Thanks!

    Hey Roni,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I took a look at this and I’m not sure I’m following the issue. When I place an order, the order # I’m seeing is the same within the Events side as well as on the WooCommerce side. The only difference I’m seeing that you may be referring to is that the “Order #” is different from the “Ticket #” which I don’t believe was ever intended to be the same number.

I’ll check with the team today to verify but I believe this is functioning as expected. Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Zsolt,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Would you mind providing a little more information about what doesn’t work?

As a couple of initial steps based on the information that you have provided, some possible solutions could be:

    1. Since there was a “migration” of content, it could be helpful to re-save the permalinks for your site (settings > permalinks). This will flush the rewrite rules that may have gotten mixed up in some of the migration.
    2. You could try our Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if there is a conflict between your existing theme or one of your existing plugins.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Sean,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

There are some existing errors with the iCal functionality that will be addressed in our next release. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have cause, however we are coming to the end of this release cycle and the update should be coming shortly.

    Thanks!

    Hey Jonathan,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

The functionality you are looking for should be possible. Within the main WooCommerce plugin (not our WooCommerce Tickets) plugin, check out the templates > single-product > add-to-cart > simple.php. You should be able to take the way the form is output there and remove anything you don’t want. It looks like you’ll just need to grab the ID of the product associated with your tickets and apply that to the appropriate places within that code.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Virginia,

Thanks for following up and clarifying. I apologize for the delay.

The test site that I set up on WP Engine to test this successfully updated last week without any issue and got the following confirmation email message (https://cloudup.com/cT1X32dfxIy).

Since the actual update is ultimately working on your install, I’m led to believe that this may actually be related to the performance struggles that we have seen and noted here with WP Engine sites in the past. In this case, my guess would be that the performance issue is giving a false positive and triggering the error message that you receive. However, it’s something that I wouldn’t be able to know for sure from this side.

I’ll follow up with our team again tomorrow based on this new information to see what else we can do in this situation.

    Thanks!
