Wrong order number in tickets

    Hi,

    When customer is buying a ticket, the ticket has a different order number than the actual order. This causes confusion. Why is that and is this a bug?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I took a look at this and I’m not sure I’m following the issue. When I place an order, the order # I’m seeing is the same within the Events side as well as on the WooCommerce side. The only difference I’m seeing that you may be referring to is that the “Order #” is different from the “Ticket #” which I don’t believe was ever intended to be the same number.

    I’ll check with the team today to verify but I believe this is functioning as expected. Let me know if this helps.

    WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers -plugin caused this, so this is resolved!
