    Hi,

    Just recently purchased Wooticket add-on and installed Events Calendar on this site.
    With pure WP install everything worked perfectly, but after migrating the existing content it’s just doesn’t work.

    Could you please help me out to cross check if I did something wrong?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Would you mind providing a little more information about what doesn’t work?

    As a couple of initial steps based on the information that you have provided, some possible solutions could be:

    1. Since there was a “migration” of content, it could be helpful to re-save the permalinks for your site (settings > permalinks). This will flush the rewrite rules that may have gotten mixed up in some of the migration.
    2. You could try our Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if there is a conflict between your existing theme or one of your existing plugins.

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    Yes, I tried to set back to ‘Twenty Thirteen’ it works perfectly with all the plugins and saved permalinks again.
    When I set ‘Headway Base’ theme (version 3.6) nor the calendar and individual events come up:

    Not even with default permalinks:

    I did a cross check with the original site as well, and had the same issue.

    Browser cache refreshed, tested in Mozzila and Chrome too.

    Also I have set debug mode, and no related issues were there.
    I am just wondering on the whole thing because Headway states they are compatible with your plugin:

    Honestly I spent long time to identify which event plugin we should use for this project and your one seems just perfect combined with Woocommerce, so I desperately need to get it working done 🙂

    Thanks for following up with us. So it sounds like the root issue here is a conflict with Headway 3.6?

    Out of curiosity, do you have the ability to download older versions of Headway? If so, could you try downloading the latest 3.5.x version of the plugin. I know we have customers on those versions where the plugin and theme work fine together.

    I’m curious if maybe something happened with 3.6 that may have caused the issue you’re currently experiencing.
