Hopefully we can help to get this sorted out for you quickly.
- When you added the files to the “lang” folder of the plugin did you ensure they had the proper name convention? https://cloudup.com/c9MeQrQuT_P
- If so, you should have been prompted to replace the existing files. Ensure that the old file were replaced with your newly updated translation.
- After adding, try deactivating and reactivating the plugin to see if that helps.

I apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to replicate the issue locally.
Here are a couple of steps that I believe may help in this particular case:
- Update both your Events Calendar plugin and Events Calendar Pro plugins to the latest version
- Go to your WordPress settings and update your website timezone to the appropriate time for your location. Looking at your site I’m assuming that would be UTC – 4?
- Delete the current recurring event that is showing the wrong time.
- Recreate the event to see if the issue is resolved.

Thanks for following up with us.
If there is a theme conflict, you can start by looking for a few things first:
- Check your theme folder and see if it includes a “tribe-events” folder. If it does, there could be an old template in there that could be causing the conflict. If so, you can remove the template or update it with the newer elements from the latest template that you can find within the “views” folder of our plugin.
- You can look through your theme’s functions.php file and see if there are any global modifcations to the loop. Look for stuff such as “pre_get_posts” to see this sort of thing.
