ParticipantCurrently using HIGH END and the EVENTS CALENDAR and WOO TICKETS themes and plugins.
Had some issues with the ticket’s not being displayed but resolved the problem by updating and increasing WP memory limit.
Currently everything works fine except the final email with the ticket is not being generated and emailed to the buyer. I am testing this using the PayPal sandbox option.
-I have performed the test within the TwentyFifteen theme and received the same results
-The email is not being sent to any junk, spam, or alternative folder
-I’ve disabled every plugin save for Woocommernce, The Event Calendar, and The Event Calendar Woo Tickets
-Everything is up to dateThe only thing I’m wondering is if the email for the ticket is going to the sandbox paypal email?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ParticipantHey Caroline,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Our emails for the tickets are an extension of the WooCommerce email class. To test, do regular order emails get sent from the site? You can test this by creating a test product and testing a transaction with this product.
Let me know if this email goes through or doesn’t.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Caroline,
Thanks for following up and providing additional information!
So even when purchasing tickets, the transactions are being completed and the purchase emails are being sent to the user but the tickets aren’t being sent?
I’ll do some tests on my local install to see if I can reproduce the issue that you’re experiencing.
Thanks!

ParticipantThat is correct. I haven’t yet seen a ticket email generated.

ParticipantHey Caroline,
Just wanted to follow up after doing several tests on the email delivery of tickets.
After several tests I was consistently getting both the order receipt as well as the ticket to the email address associated with the purchase https://cloudup.com/cqmUlxR5Dcc. To clarify, when you said you were receiving the WooCommerce email, you were referring to the customer email notifying that the order was complete and not the admin email notifying a new customer order?
Thanks!

ParticipantJosh,
I received both the admin notification email and in a customer in a separate email, the order receipt.
Thanks

ParticipantHey Caroline,
Thanks for following up! One last question to verify, in your dashboard when looking at the orders, are they all marked as complete? If the order isn’t marked as complete, the ticket shouldn’t get sent to the user.
If that’s not the case, here is a great article from WooCommerce that documents some of the most common problems with emails and potential solutions for the issues. Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
