ParticipantHey Jose,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Looking at your site I’m seeing the “upcoming” translated into spanish. However, it does look like there may be a few strings which include the word “Upcoming” which are still awaiting translations. If you would like, check out our http://translations.theeventscalendar.com site where you can provide translations for any available strings as well as download an updated file.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up!
You mentioned that you “changed the URL in the Eventbrite website” however in the screenshot you sent, the field that needed the URL added was blank. Did you modify the site URL rather than adding the full oAuth URL to the field. If so, this would cause the warning that you’ve noted.
Also, there has been an update to the Eventbrite plugin that was recently released. Ensure that you’re also running version 3.10.1.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Eve,
Unfortunately there isn’t any form of mobile app that we offer, however if your site is responsive users would be able to access the information from their phones.
If you would like to create an app for your calendar and event management, you could look into something such as AppPresser which allows you to create a mobile app from your WordPress website.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Gabriel,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
This would be a customization on items outside the scope of what’s managed by our plugins. However, I did do a quick search and found a good tutorial that should help you accomplish what you’re wanting to accomplish http://www.wpmayor.com/how-to-remove-the-billing-details-from-woocommerce-checkout/
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

1. If you transfer your account on this site (http://theeventscalendar.com) to be under a different email address or in a way that you are no longer able to access it, you will no longer have access to support. As long as you have access to the account that you used when purchasing plugins, you will have access to support and update downloads.
2. You can update your current account to a 3 site license and definitely use it on your client site that is about to have a license expire. You’ll just have to replace the license currently in place on their site with your newly purchased license and you’ll be good to go.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out!
As an initial question, have you updated both The Events Calendar core and Events Calendar PRO to version 3.10 as well as all other add-ons that may be used on the site?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey mcmahunt,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I took a look at your site at http://www.graphicdesignhero.com/lifebridge/church_life/ and this appears to be displaying the List Widget rather than the mini-calendar. Is this the appropriate page and the issue has been figured out? Or is there another page that is displaying the wrong output for the shortcode?
Let me know. Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
Thanks for providing that screenshot. The problem here is that our plugin requires that you have the “oAuth Redirect URL” added here. You can find out more information in our guide at step 5. For your site, the URL here should be http://lapena.org/tribe-oauth/eventbrite.
Also, I apologize for the email issue. Ensure that you do have it selected to have follow-up replies sent. However, by default the notifications should be sending.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Greg,
Awesome! I’m glad this is working for you now.
To be honest there are a number of different factors that could have contributed to the initial issue from the server to a temporary plugin or code on the site. If the issue happens again, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread and reference this one when you do.
For now, I’ll go ahead and close this thread. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey webcousa,
I’m sorry that you’re still experiencing issues with trying to use the Events plugin on your site.
After verifying that you have followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures completely, would you mind going to your Event Settings > Help tab and pasting the “System Information” here as a private reply?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Chris,
No problem, try adding the following to your theme’s functions.php file https://gist.github.com/BeardedGinger/329f48f285fb6183b94f to filter out the inclusion of tags from the query without having to modify the core plugin files.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
