    Hey Ian,

Thanks for following up with us!

Although it should work, try changing the setting on the recurrence from “After” 3 events to “On” and select the third date out manually and see if the issue persists after making that change?

I’m doing some further research into this, however it looks like we may have a bug with that option. A follow up here will definitely help us in narrowing in on the issue.

    Thanks!

    Hey Fi,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately there isn’t a direct page within your dashboard for modifying the content on the page. However, if you would like to target global elements and modify them only on the event calendar pages, here is a great list of conditionals for targeting the different views within our plugin https://gist.github.com/jo-snips/2415009.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Joshua,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Out of curiosity, which theme are you using? Does it happen to be a child theme for the Genesis or Canvas themes? Does the issue persist if you switch to a default WordPress theme?

If so, let us know and we can help to get you pointed in the right direction for this one.

    Thanks!

    Hey Pete,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

That’s definitely a strange issue to be having. I’ve seen this issue come up a few times and there are two typical issues that contribute to this problem:

    1. Try switching to a default WordPress theme to see if the issue persist. Sometimes themes have template overrides on carts that may not have proper structure for displaying that field.
    2. Try deactivating any WooCommerce addons that you have and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, you can then reactivate one-by-one to see which plugin was the culprit. In the past we have seen issues with plugins that filter the quantity for inventory management or bulk packaging purposes.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey James,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I took a look at your site (I believe the provided link to an example within your original post may be to a wrong page?). When I take a look at a recurring event on your site and click “See all” on the event (http://www.funferret.co.uk/event/summer-activities-farm/all/) the first upcoming event appears to be showing properly?

Is that not the case for other specific events?

    Thanks!

    Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us! It appears that there is some conflicting Featured Post widget, shortcode within a text widget or something creating extra content before the content of our plugin starts https://cloudup.com/cxSUpjAZnaX.

When customizing, are you adding the image using “the_post_thumbnail()”? If so, you can:

    1. Create a new thumbnail size using “add_image_size”
    2. regenerate all your thumbnails using something like https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
    3. When adding the image, use “the_post_thumbnail( ‘your_new_image_size’)”

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Diane,

Thanks for reaching out to us! To start, would you mind updating all of your plugins to the latest version to see if the issue persists?

    Hey Joe,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

The ability to create tickets for purchase for events is only available through using one of our ticketing systems. For example, if you choose to go with our WooCommerce Tickets plugin the tickets for purchase would be added to the bottom of the event and display like https://theeventscalendar.com/content/uploads/2013/02/woo-frontend1.png

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Cappy,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

A couple of questions that may help us in sorting this out for you:

    1. Within your dashboard, do you have any prompts asking you to update information about your venues after upgrading to PRO?
    2. Within the Venue Settings, are you using the long. & lat. setting for the map option https://cloudup.com/c2BQWxQUwAE?
    3. Finally, I wonder if there is something strange going on with the “Distance” option on the Filter Bar plugin here. Have you tried temporarily removing the “Distance” option from the filter bar settings?

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey,

Thanks for following up with us! I’m glad you were able to get the main issues resolved.

In regards to the recurring events displaying, is it only on the archive pages that they aren’t displaying? If so, we’ve got a bug report logged for this issue and should have a fix coming in an upcoming release. I’ll go ahead and add this thread to that ticket so you can be notified when the update is released.

I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. You’ll still receive updates here though. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread.

    Thanks!

    Hey Diane,

It sounds like you may have several conflicts at play revolving around the loading of resources. You could try following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if there is a particular plugin or issue with the theme that we could then help you to investigate further.

Let me know if this helps.

    Hey Chris,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

It looks like you’re using version 3.10 of our plugins? Does the issue persist if you update all versions to the latest (3.11 for WooCommerce Tickets and 3.11.1 for core)?

If so, have you also tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if there is a conflict occurring with another plugin?

Let me know if this helps or if you uncover a conflict.

    Thanks!
