ParticipantThe ticket quantity counter displays “1” even if multiple tickets are requested. The price correctly increases however.
When purchasing a ticket from the event page, there is there is the option to pre-select the number of tickets before clicking on “Add to Cart”. If, for instance, “2” is selected, on the next screen (The Cart screen), the quantity remains set at “1”, but the price will be twice a single ticket price.
If then, on the Cart screen, the number is changed to, (for instance) “5” and “Update Cart” is clicked, the quantity drops back to “1” but the price is 5 times a single ticket price (correctly)

That’s definitely a strange issue to be having. I’ve seen this issue come up a few times and there are two typical issues that contribute to this problem:
- Try switching to a default WordPress theme to see if the issue persist. Sometimes themes have template overrides on carts that may not have proper structure for displaying that field.
- Try deactivating any WooCommerce addons that you have and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, you can then reactivate one-by-one to see which plugin was the culprit. In the past we have seen issues with plugins that filter the quantity for inventory management or bulk packaging purposes.

– I’ve tried the site in TwentyFifteen (using the preview plug-in ‘Theme Test Drive’, as it’s a live site) –
The cart seems to behave itself – ticket quantities match the price. I was suprised as this is a premium theme written specifically for use with Event Calendar and Woo Tickets.
