    Hey Keira,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Are you currently using our Advanced Post Manager plugin in addition to our PRO plugin to help with customizing the event list views within your dashboard? If so, have you ensured that there are no active filters on the events?

    Thanks!

    Hey Shannon,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

It looks like your theme is using a function (tribe_has_past_events()) that has been deprecated from our plugin since version 3.7.

You’ll need to edit your theme to either remove that file completely (wp-content/themes/bssc/tribe-events/list/nav.php) or remove the call to that function from line 30 of that file.

I apologize for the inconvenience, let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.

    Thanks!

    Hey Nicholas,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

    1. I’m not positive on this one but I believe you can accomplish this with the default cart coupon features available within WooCommerce. You can test with the base WooCommerce plugin from the repository to see if you’re able to manage multiple products and discounts the way that you’re wanting.
    2. Unfortunately this isn’t something that our plugin is currently able to do. Our Ticketing framework will be getting an upgrade in the future to help accommodate this additional beta information on tickets, however it isn’t something that is currently available.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey James,

Thanks for following up with us!

If you haven’t modified the date formats for your calendar, entering “2/9/2015” by default would be February 9, 2015 for the calendar. Is that what you’re experiencing or did you happen to get those dates swapped in your response above?

Was this part of the calendar working as expected when using the “After” approach for creating the recurring events? If so, the missing first event has now been logged as a bug that will be addressed in an upcoming release. It may be best to use that approach as we dig further into the inverted dates that you’re describing above.

    Thanks!

    Hey Rebecca,

I just tested by taking your entire javascript file that you’ve provided and adding it to my active theme on my local install. The mobile display worked normally and as expected. I also took all the functions within the on load section and moved those back to document ready and tested again. The mobile view continued to work as expected. I tested these using the TwentyTwelve theme.

There may be another plugin causing the conflict or possibly something else within your theme. Can you verify that you’ve followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures completely?

    Thanks!

    Hey Cappy,

Thanks for following up with us!

When updating the “Distance” did you update the setting within the Map settings under the General tab within the Events Settings (https://cloudup.com/cv7OAEMZRmT)?

If so, that is the best way to address the issue you’re describing. When adding a state abbreviation, the search assigns a single latitude and longitude coordinate to that search term (within the state) and will search for events within the radius set in the settings option above. If an event’s venue happens to be outside of that parameter, it won’t show in the search results.

I apologize for any inconvenience, however widening the search range is the best solution for the time being.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Ian,

Thanks for following up! It looks like we do have a bug with the “See All” page. I’ve created an internal ticket for tracking this issue and added this thread to that ticket. You’ll be notified here as we make progress on this issue.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with at this time.

    Thanks!

    Hey James,

Thanks for following up with us!

What are your settings for the recurrence of that event? If you’re using the “After” 3 days option, try switching to the “Ending” option and add the specific date to see if that works. If so, we may have a bug with the “After” option there.

Let me know if that addresses the issue for you.

    Thanks!

    Hey Andrew,

Thanks for following up and clarifying!

As a next step to help in getting to a level playing field since I have been unable to replicate with single events, have you tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict occurring with your existing theme or an active plugin on the site?

Let me know if anything comes up from that test.

    Thanks!

    Hey Rebecca,

I’ve checked out the site again and see the mobile style loading however I can also note that the events aren’t listing below the calendar as they should.

I’ve tested on my local install and the mobile layout is displaying as expected and I’m unable to replicate the issue. Does the issue persist for you if you switch to a default WordPress theme?

If so, you can try disabling your javascript file and adding each function individually until you find the conflicting customization.

I apologize I was able to give you a more direct response but hopefully this can help to get you pointed in the right direction.

    Thanks!
