    Hey Robert,

Thanks for following up here and I’m glad you were able to find a resolution that works for you here.

I can understand the argument here, my only counter would be that 90% of queries of events don’t require the past events and would actually be counter to what would be a desired output.

    Thanks!

    Hey Anna,

I’m terribly sorry, it looks like my last response didn’t get posted here.

The zip folder you’ve provided includes the site files but not the database. I did have an additional thought though. Whether or not a plugin is activated is a database setting. Could you check the plugins page on both the main site and the development site and make sure the same plugins are activated on both sites?

    Thanks!

    Hey Kari,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We are limited in the amount of support that we’re able to provide for customizations such as this. To help get you pointed in the right direction, take a look at the “loop-grid.php” file from within the “month” folder. For the single day events there you can see that the events are pulled and stored in an array with the “$daydata” variable.

You could try and array_reverse on that data to switch the order in which it is pulled.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Antonio,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

That’s definitely strange for that warning to persist. Try deactivating the PRO plugin and reactivating to see if the warning goes away now that the information has been generated for you venues.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Kenneth,

I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience of this issue. Would you mind sending the .ICS file so we can do some tests? You can email it to support@ theeventscalendar.com if you would like. Be sure to mention that you are sending this for me, Josh.

    Thanks!

    Hey,

    Thanks for clarifying here!

Is this occurring on all views? Are you unable to see the newly created events on the main event calendar as well as the list view? Are you also unable to see the single event if you click the “View Event” link at the top of the dashboard when you’re editing the event?

As an initial step for something like this, we would request that you try following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure that there isn’t a conflict with an existing plugin or theme.

    Thanks!

    Hey Mats,

Great! Are the categories now showing for you the way you would like for that page?

    Thanks!

    Hey Alain,

Very strange on the 500 error. This is the first I’ve seen of that particular issue. It may have been a timeout or memory limit issue during the update process that caused an incomplete download or something.

I’ve tested several different options when creating events and haven’t been able to replicate the issue. A couple of questions:

    1. Do you have any default settings defined via the options available within Events Calendar Pro? For example, do you have a default Organizer set there for all events?
    2. Do you notice this happening when setting an event without an organizer? For just one specific organizer? Or for any organizer configuration that you set?

    Thanks!

    Hey Richard,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I’m not sure I’m following exactly what you’re looking for but I’ll try to answer as best as I can. In any environment, there is only one calendar per site. If you have a multisite install, each site within the network will have it’s own calendar.

The calendars are not user specific though. You could mimic some of that by taking advantage of the event categories. You could then do some custom development to have an event category associated with all the users that would be able to create events into their “own” calendar.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!
