ParticipantHey Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
To start, can you verify that you’ve followed all of the steps in our tutorials for setting up and working with WPML?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey John,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
So I’m able to pass on full information to our developers, which view is this occurring for?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Alexander,
To clarify the issue here. The snippet allows the price to display properly within your WordPress dashboard when editing the event. However, when you look at the event on the front-end, the price displays as 0?
Josh
ParticipantHey Michael,
I figured it out! 🙂
Try adding:
pre { white-space: nowrap; }To your theme’s stylesheet and that should address the issues with the layout of the widget.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Dirk,
No problem. I’m glad the updates were able to get the errors resolved. We do have the internal ticket for the ticket sales issues. You should be notified here as we make progress on that issue.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’d encourage to try both our free Events Calendar and free Event Tickets (Event RSVP/registration here) plugins to see if they fit your needs. There aren’t features built in with our plugin that allow for subscription to events (or categories of events) or reminder emails. However there may be some third-party plugins that would help here or you could pursue some customization to get those features added.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey CDC,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Which version of the plugin are you currently running on your site? It looks like there was a bug similar to what you’re describing that should have been addressed in the 4.0.1 release. Are you running the latest version of the plugin (version 4.0.2)?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Wendy,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m not sure I’m following your request completely. To clarify:
- After adding the first snippet, are you able to see the additional fields created under the Event Settings > Additional Fields tab displaying on the edit screen when creating new Venues and Organizers?
- If so, when you add content (or selections) from those fields are they not showing up on the front-end for your venues and organizers?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I want to verify that I’m understanding the issue correctly. When creating a new recurring event using a “Custom” recurrence, you’re unable to see the other options other than Daily in this section https://cloudup.com/cQr0z79gocO?
As an initial step, can you verify using Chrome’s dev tools (More Tools > Developer Tools) and see if there are any red javascript errors that output there when viewing that page or attempting to make the recurrence selection.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey David,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
There is some great information in this article. If you would like to add the command in the header for just events, you can do a conditional check for “tribe_is_event_query()” and it will output on all event views.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Smyth,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
At the very bottom of the Event Settings > General tab there is a section for Timezones. Try switching the dropdown to default to the sitewide timezone setting and see if that addresses the issue you’re experiencing with community event submissions.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
I haven’t directly addressed the broken link issue for the organizers because I believe the issue is that the wrong URL is being generated and using the “organiser” translation of that word.
I’m a little bit baffled at this one to be honest and feel it could potentially come down to a setting conflict or plugin conflict that we haven’t seen before with WPML. Would you possibly be able to send us a back up of the site that we’re able to check out the settings and files locally? If this is currently a bug, I’m not sure we’ll be able to identify without digging in further.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Alexander,
A fellow support team member just informed me that we do have a tutorial that will allow the price field to display with the Event Tickets plugin https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/use-the-event-cost-field-with-tickets-installed/.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Johannes,
Awesome! Hopefully the issue doesn’t happen again but if it does we look forward to seeing the additional information.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Alexander,
That is definitely a good point. The main Event Tickets plugin does cause the primary “Cost” field to be removed. However, without a payment gateway activated on the site (WooCommerce, EDD, etc.) there is no way to add a cost to an event.
I’ve added this as a feature request in our own internal ticketing system since I believe this is something that should get addressed.
I’ve added this thread to that ticket and you’ll be notified here as we look into this.
Thanks!
