    Hey Michael,

Thanks for providing the link! I’ve done some initial review but didn’t see anything stand out in the styling. I also tried to do some changes within the browser using developer tools, however none of the style changes in the console that typically work were taking impact on the site.

There’s possibly something obvious that I’m missing here at the moment. I’ll take a look again later and will follow up with you here.

    Thanks!

    Hey Douglas,

Thanks for following up here! We’re working on correcting some limitations that were created with that field in upcoming releases. Glad you were able to figure out what was causing that specific issue on your site.

    Ben,

Would that be a possible solution for the events that you’re experiencing this issue with?

    Thanks!

    Hey Dirk,

To ensure we’re covering all of our bases, with your new installation testing did you switch to a default WordPress theme such as the TwentyFifteen theme to ensure there isn’t anything in the theme that is causing the issues?

    Thanks!

    Hey Abigail,

Thanks for reaching out to us! If you don’t mind, could you open a new thread for this if you would like. The root issue appears to be different from the original thread. This way we can be sure to address each users questions fully and completely.

    Matt,

Sorry for the delayed response and thanks for providing the additional information. I can do a little more research into the 3.6 fix, however based on the description it doesn’t sound like this would be a direct issue here. Looking at the plugins that you have, I’m worried that simply deactivating them wouldn’t remove the impact that they could be having. When deactivating, did you re-save the permalinks on the install as well as review the .htaccess file to ensure there weren’t any blanket rules added that could be causing the impact.

Also, I would love to see the postmeta information for the remaining event that is redirecting to the later event as well as the postmeta for that later event that the other is getting redirected to. Do you have access to the database to be able to query the information for those two events?

    Thanks!

    Hey Mad Dog,

Not sure exactly what was happening there but the guess is that as soon as the list is reloaded after a date search it may no longer trigger as the main query.

Glad that it is working for you no! I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread.

    Thanks!

    Hey Steve,

That’s definitely strange. Do you have any additional information about that recurring event that you think may have caused the display issue? Are you able to create other recurring events without them causing your calendar to disappear?

    Thanks!

    Hey Holger,

Thanks for following up! The snippets from my previous reply were in reference to the other elements that you mentioned you didn’t need displayed on the page. Looking at the expanded filters on your page now, it looks like there may be additional styling that was controlling that supplied by your active theme.

I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread.

    Thanks!

    Hey,

    A couple of quick questions:

    1. To verify, are you using any of the ticketing solutions ( or were they being used on the site?) or are you using the default “Price” field available with core plugin?
    2. Have you tried switching to a default theme? Although no additional customizations may have been manually added, there could be some customizations built into the theme that may need to be addressed.

    Thanks!

    Hey Dan,

I reset all of my content and updated my TwentyFifteen theme and retested the snippet. I was able to recreate the issue that you’re describing. Reviewing the code I didn’t see anything on the surface the seemed out of place that would be causing this.

I’ve created an internal bug ticket to track this issue and you’ll be notified here as we make progress on this one.

    Thanks!
