    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for reaching out to us here in our forum.

    So WordPress keeps a cache of which plugins need update to avoid loading external stuff unnecessarily

    If you download the plugins that you need from our Downloads page with your account logged in, you just need to replace the files on the FTP or delete the old plugin and install the new one.

    This process will NOT delete any of your current content.

    Hi Miguel,

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forum.

    Normally our plugin will follow the language that your WordPress installation is using at the moment, if it’s not, please let us know so that we can check why, and yes as of right now we have a Spanish translation.

    For the plugin to work using WooCommerce you will need to buy our WooTickets addon.

    We are already aware of this bug, but unfortunately I cannot promise you any Estimated Time for release, because it depends on the work of a big team.

    Hi Catherine,

    I just looked at your theme and it has a bug that is not related to the solution I provided you. It’s probably a plugin or another modification that was created previously, which I can provide information about but only for a technical person that would know how to use this info to solve the issue.

    I would suggest you to take a look at your previous changes and plugins to see what is the issue there.

    You should take a look at our Testing for Conflicts page, which provides some tutorials on how to test to see where the problem is coming from.

    I will point you to our Themer’s Guide where we explain a bit how to insert content and change the templates for plugin related content and also to the Template Overview.

    To do it you will require a little bit of PHP and WordPress development knowledge.

    Hi Catherine,

    What I mean by “revert all the changes we provided you before”, is to get your theme to the original state before we provided you any support and then activate that plugin following the instructions on the link I provided you on my last message.

    Hi Thomas,

    This problem is related to the WPML plugin and the way we setup all the Recurring events.

    Unfortunately we are working towards having compatibility with the WPML. You can see this other forum user tried to fix that but it a complex solution:

    I cant promise anything as a release date, but I can say that this in our list of bugs to be solved.

    Hi Claude,

    Thanks for reaching out to us, let me see if I can help you find out the source of the problem here.

    Did you make any changes to the default User Roles on WordPress, I mean, did you delete any of the roles from WordPress?

    Since the Process of Registering the Order is a WooCommerce structure I can assist you to some degree.

    Hi Howard,

    Our plugin will only manage The Events and you will need to work with a developer to get a good synergy with a few plugins to accomplish the structure you are thinking, that is not so simple to create.

    Thanks for the information, by the way I didn’t notice because this bug presented in another way for you, but I was the one that fixed that issue for our next release, so in our next release this should be fixed for everyone.
