    Hi Raymond,

Sorry for the delay on my answer.

Yes it’s possible but it’s not an easy task to be done with SQL. I would say that your best bet is to create a Page with PHP and WP_Query with the CSV format (text) and save it, then you would be able to open on a Spreadsheet like Excel.

It’s not as fast as doing it from the database but it requires less knowledge.

This might be an example that could help you: https://gist.github.com/robinnorth/5466824

And you also can use <b>get_post_meta()</b> to grab the <b>_EventStartDate</b> value.

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our forum.

Normally this happens on server structures that are done in one single machine, where the web server and the database run at the same level.

I will suggest you to take a look at some other hosting if you intend to make your site bigger, because this is always a hard thing to deal with.

Thanks for your feedback on your specific problem, we are aware that some of our functionalities need a performance improvement and we are working on that.

    Hi Evgenii,

Thanks for reaching out to us here in our Forum.

Can you point out to me what is the URL where this is happening? I might be able to give you a CSS to solve it.

    Hi Martin,

As I said, that seems to be a bug in our codebase, our developer are already working on that.

Unfortunately that event that the “Recurring Event (See All)” is showing up falls on a place where I cannot change without having changes to our codebase of the plugin, which is not recommended.

    Hi Péter,

That’s a conflict on one of your plugins or your active theme. Check for the compatibility issues from our testing page.

    Hi Martin,

Just updated the plugin, just delete the previous version and upload the new one. If it doesn’t fix it’s because of a bug in our plugin, that will be fixed for the next versions.

    Hi Thomas,

Sorry It was my mistake I meant to say it was a problem with the Translation plugin, because of the way it handles the translations.

I mean, try to deactivate the plugin and then update the recurring events, too see the change here you need to update the events while the plugin is deactivated.

    Hi Jino,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our Support Forum.

To be able to receive front-end submissions you will need our Community Add-on, and you don’t need to buy Pro to use it. With it you will be able to do the moderation

I hope I was able to answer your question, if not please let me know.

    My Best Regards.

    Hi Péter,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our Forum.

I did a search for that type of error and tried to reproduce it locally here and I wasn’t able to do it, so I will as you to check if there are any JavaScript console errors on when you see that bug.

If there isn’t please try to check for the compatibility issues from our testing page.

    Hi Stefaan,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our forum.

Yes you can create categories just like WordPress, and have a link for each one of your categories as a standalone calendar.

To modify any of the templates to add text, elements or modify functionality you will need to take a look at our Themer’s Guide, but rest assured that it’s possible.
