    Hey Guillaume,

Sure thing. Version 4.5 will hopefully arrive within the next month or two, though this is of course subject to change and is not set in stone.

Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with!

    Sincerely,
    George

    Yikes! Sorry to see this.

What I would recommend is to do a “Clean install” of The Events Calendar and all of its related plugins.

So whatever version of these plugins you have on your site, DELETE all of the existing versions of The Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, etc. off of your website. This will not erase event or ticket data.

Once those are all deleted, head to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads

    1. Download fresh copies of Event Tickets and The Events Calendar.
    2. Install those fresh copies on your site and activate both plugins.
    3. What do you find when you do this?
    4. If no errors happen, download fresh copies of Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus
    5. Install those fresh copies on your site and activate both plugins.
    6. What do you find when you do this?

If errors arise in step #5, but NOT in step #2, then do this:
    7. Deactivate Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus so that only Event Tickets and The Events Calendar are active.
    8. Then Post your site’s complete, un-edited system information using the “Sharing information manually” steps outlined in this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    Thanks!

    Hi Casey,

Sorry to hear this. Can you post the URL to the calendar that’s failing to have its venues and times imported correctly? We can test importing it ourselves and see what we find, and compare the results.

    Thanks,
    George

    Hey Daniel,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Pulling this off is possible, but would only with some significant code customizations 🙁

So to implement the List View layout you describe, you would have to write that custom code yourself or hire a professional developer to do it for you. We have a list of great developers here → http://m.tri.be/18k1 (and have no affiliation with any of these folks—they’re simply some well-respected names in the community that we’ve compiled to share in situations like this one).

If you’re keen on doing the customizations yourself, I’d recommend getting familiar with the methods outlined in our Themer’s Guide here ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

Best of luck with your customizations!

    Hey Benjamin,

Each ticket someone buys has a QR Code on it. So if they print their emailed ticket, then yes, each single one will have its own unique QR code.

Please let me know if this information helps and if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with! 😀

Please answer each of the following questions:

    1. You say, “my WP Engine server, causing regular 504 errors on the 80+ websites I host”. Is this a multisite installation? Can you elaborate on the “80+ websites that I host” comment? Do you mean you have literally 80 separate websites, all of them using Events Calendar Pro on WP Engine, and all of them generating these same errors separately?

    2. Next, can you please clarify exactly where the 504 errors arise? Is it only when navigating to Month View of the main calendar, for example? Or does it just happen anywhere on the front-end? Does it happen on the admin, too?

    3. Finally (for now!), can you please clarify the volume of events on your site? Do you have thousands of events per month, for example? Hundreds per month? A couple dozen? Just a rough estimate would be helpful.

    Thanks!

Now, with the above information all being said, I wanted to confirm with you that we are now taking a look at this.

Sit tight—I’m reviewing the information in that code and may rope in another developer to assist me, as well.

Another reply is forthcoming, stay tuned!

    Hi @Fletcher,

I am genuinely sorry about your problems.

The pace of support on these forums is one reply every 24–48 hours, as elaborated upon here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/

But our queues are ordered by “last updated” date, to help us ensure we try and hit the oldest threads first to minimize people’s wait times.

Your posts in this thread that came after the first post worked against you here—they kept moving your thread back up in the “last updated” queue, thus delaying a response.

So, hopefully that helps going forward — as frustrating as it can be, sit tight once you make your first post, it will help us get to you!

    Hey @Weezypops,

Our plugins do not provide any such functionality, unfortunately. I’m sorry to bear that news!

Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

Welcome to the forums Tom! Happy Friday.

Our software unfortunately does not include shortcakes…

    …yet 😉

It does, however, include a whole set of shortcodes like the powerful [tribe_events] shortcode, which does exactly what you describe: add it to a post, page, or any other shortcode-enabled location on your site, and poof, a full calendar view of your choosing will be rendered there. It’s pretty neat. Check out this Knowledgebase guide for it to get a better sense of what it can (and can’t) do ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/

There are other shortcodes that offer more specific functions and displays, too. To explore all of these options, check out all of the “Shortcodes”-tagged articles in our Knowledgebase, which you can find here ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase-tag/shortcodes/

Please let me know if this information helps and if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

    Cheers,
    George
