ParticipantHey @Rufman,
When you say that data is “not stored anywhere”, do you mean that you can never, at any time at all, see any of the “Additional Field” information attendees fill out? It does not show anywhere in the wp-admin for you, ever?

ParticipantHello!
You unfortunately cannot specify an hour at this time. 🙁
Sorry to disappoint—please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.
Thanks,

ParticipantHey @ctaintsobad!
Sorry if this wasn’t made quite clear, but Event Aggregator is not itself a “plugin”.
There is no separate download for Event Aggregator—all you need is The Events Calendar! 😀
Simply activate The Events Calendar, then go to Events → Settings → Licenses in your wp-admin and enter your Event Aggregator license key where indicated. This will activate the Event Aggregator service and features that are built into The Events Calendar, no separate downloads needed!
Cheers,

ParticipantHey Drew!
You can only create an account while checking out, so if you’re trying to make the account first then check out, this is not possible.
Add your items to your cart, go to buy them, and there in that checkout process you will supply and email address and an account will be created upon completion of the purchase.
I hope this helps!

ParticipantHey Nicole,
Thanks for confirming this and doing that testing.
There is a known bug we’re working on that may be affecting this. To see if this is the case, the next thing I would recommend is to head to Settings → General in your site’s WordPress admin area.
Check your “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” options.
1. If these options have different values, ensure their values are exactly the same.
2. If the options start with https://, try changing them both to http:// and saving your changes. If the options start with http://, however, then try changing them both to https:// and saving your changes.☝️ After doing this, check on the issue with the recurrence rules and let us know if this helps at all!

ParticipantHey Irina,
What I’m saying is that yes, the calendar does not support the example you provided in #1 in your reply above.
However, you do not need to set your “permalinks” settings in WordPress to “%postname%”.
• No matter what the settings in the WordPress “permalinks” page are, the outcome for events should be what wrote in #2 in your example above. So if you use “/%year%/%month%/%day%” etc., this format will affect other permalinks on your site, but events permalinks will remain like wrote in #2 in your example above no matter what option you use.
• There is no support, however, for the sort of custom permalinks plugin you were using in addition to the main WordPress settings.
I hope this helps!

ParticipantHi Ashutosh,
Event Tickets Plus indeed lets you add the tickets—with the attendee information—to a WooCommerce cart. Then the customer can check out like normal and buy the tickets via WooCommerce.
Check out the “An Introduction to Event Tickets Plus” video on the main Event Tickets Plus product page here → https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
☝️ This video may help give you a better sense of how the plugin integrates with The Events Calendar.

ParticipantIt’s unfortunately true that we’re still working on the issues with on-demand imports, Christoph. When there is news about it, this thread will be updated.
Thank you for your continued patience!
