MemberHi there, Janelle. Thanks for following up!
I totally hear you and can understand why you would like us to log into your site. At the same time I hope you can appreciate that our limited resources prohibit us from being able to provide the level of personal support you’re looking for. We’re happy to help as much as possible but also rely on being met part way to do a little bit of troubleshooting, especially when we don’t know yet that the issue is in fact a problem on our side or a conflict with the theme or another plugin.
Creating a new WordPress install is generally no more complicated than a couple of clicks on most hosts. Did you create this site yourself or did someone help you? If it was someone else, perhaps you could reach out to that person for further help here–it should be a really quick job.
I understand that you might feel like this is still beyond your level of technical understanding. If that’s the case and you would prefer a level of support greater than we can realistically provide, you’re welcome to reach out to us over email and we’d be happy to share a list of suitable folks we recommend who would be able to provide that level of support.
If none of these work for you and you feel we haven’t met your expectations, we can also offer you a refund on your purchase. Of course, we’d hate to see you go and would prefer to make it work, but we’d understand and want to put that on the table for you.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberAh, gotcha! Thanks for clarifying. π
You might want to try writing a function to customize that language. Here is the documentation for the tribe_community_events_venue_select_menu()Β function that echoes the venue select menu. This is what contains the dropdown menu with that label, which which get you what you’re looking for.
Will this work for you? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHey there, Jake! Thanks for getting in touch.
Yes, importing the event web address with the CSV importer was added in 3.8. However, importing the venue web address was not. I can see how that would be confusing. Here are the full release notes for 3.8 for reference.
It’s definitely odd that the event website would not import for you. Are you using a column in your CSV filed called “Event Website” and were you able to match it up to the correct column on import? It should display in the “Event Website” section in the single event editing screen after import (screenshot).
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Stephane! Thanks for getting in touch and for considering the WooTickets plugin. π
Great question. The license gives you access to the support forum and plugin updates. At the end of one year, the license expires as does your access to the forums and updates, but the plugin will continue to function. Renewing the license renews your access to support and plugin updates.
Does that help answer your question? Please let me know. π

MemberHey there,Β SΓ©rgio!
So glad we were able to knock those dropdowns out together! Great work. π
Man, sorry we weren’t able to get the updated translation into the latest release. I know updating language files on all ends is something we have on our radar.
In the meantime, you should be able to drop your .PO files into the /the-events-calendar-community-events/lang directory. However, keep in mind that it will get lost the next time the plugin is updated, so you may actually want to consider using it in your theme instead, if that’s an option for you.
Will that work for you? Please let me know. π
Cheers!

MemberGood question. No iFrames are being used to display the content in Community. Here’s the tree structure of the plugin if you’re curious about the libraries that are actively involved in the Community form.
By the way, I’m going to re-file this thread in the Community forum for reference sake. The URL will still be the same, but it will help us and others find it in the future. π
Thanks!

MemberHi there, Tom! Thanks for reaching out and for considering the PRO plugin. We hope you choose it. π
Great question. You can certainly add any of the Event widgets (Event List, Event Calendar, etc.) to any number of widgetized areas that are set up on your site and configure them per use.
I think the tricky part in your case will be creating a unique widgetized area for each film. As long as each film has its own widgetized area registered, I think this will work for you. Here is the direct link to the WordPress Codex for creating Widget Areas.
By default, the Events List widget allows you to filter events by Category and Tags to control what gets displayed in the widget (screenshot). You can add as many of these filters as you want on a per-use basis to fine tune it to your needs for each film. For your specific case, I would add a category or tag for each event tied to film so you can filter them as needed.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. π
Cheers!

MemberThat’s a great idea! If you have a moment, would you mind adding that request to our UserVoice page? We check there often for popular ideas to work into upcoming releases and I could see how that one would be something others would like as well. π
Did we cover the answer to your original question? Please let me know.

MemberHi there, Jennifer! Welcome to the forums and thanks for getting in touch. π
Great question and, yes, the thread you linked to is quite bit technical! It will take a little bit of code to make it work, but luckily we have a tutorial set up that will walk you through it step-by-step.
Are you able to give this a try? Please let me know and I hope this helps. π
