MemberHi Rachel–thanks for following up!
Ah, that makes much more sense. Thanks so much for clarifying that for me. 🙂
I really wish there was a simple workaround for this, but there unfortunately isn’t at the moment. This has been a requested feature and we’d love it if you added your vote and feedback–the more we have the more it helps us see demand for it and how it should work.
I’m sorry I don’t have a solution for you here, but I do appreciate you re-explaining what you are looking for–that helped a lot. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey Rachel–welcome to the forums! thanks for reaching out. 🙂
Good question. Yeah, the event’s time will import to what the timezone settings are in WordPress.
Unfortunately, there is no way to display the timezone according to the person who is viewing the website. That would be awesome though!
You could update the settings (Settings > General) to be the same timezone that is set to Facebook.
Another idea is to add the timezone suffix to the event time (e.g. PT). You can do that by adding a T to the date format where it would most make sense in Events > Settings > Display. Here is a list of all the available date formatting options in WordPress that would work in those settings.
The good news is that–whatever timezone is selected–importing the event to a desktop calendar or Google Calendar will convert the time to the relative timezone of the user.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

MemberHi there, Christina! Welcome to the forums. 🙂
Good question. First off, one neat thing you can do is add this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file to display the name of the event in the WooCommerce checkout page.
For getting the event name in the email, please check out the answer provided in this thread.

MemberHi Jen!
Awesome, I’m glad that worked out on the back end. To get the value to display on the front end, you can override the venue template (located in the PRO plugin folder under /views/pro/single-venue.php) and refer to this ACF example for outputting the value.
You can either output the new field in the Venue Meta (Lines 56-59 in my file) or replace those lines with the ACF field and the venue’s address functions:
The combination of ACF and those functions should provide the output for the complete address. 🙂

MemberYou can remove the comment on line 5: // Specify the template here
…and add the template name in the parentheses for is_page_template(). You can find more details about specifying the page template here in the WordPress Codex.

MemberHi Denise! Thanks for following up and sorry for the continued trouble here.
Just to confirm, are you using the latest versions of each plugin:
- The Events Calendar 3.9.3
- WooCommerce Tickets 3.9.1
- WooCommerce 2.3.8
I just want to make sure we’re on the same page before get too much deeper in this one.
The missing calendar link is troubling, for sure. Quick question: does this change if you go to Settings > Permalinks simply click the save button? That should flush your permalinks and hopefully get that resolved.
Cheers!

MemberThanks for following up, Rami!
You should be able to copy and paste that snippet at the very bottom of your functions.php file–however, some themes format that file differently than others. If that doesn’t seem to work for some reason, you can try pasting it at the very top of the file instead, just after the opening <?php tag.
Cheers!

MemberHey there!
That’s a good question. There’s support for only one address line at the moment. However, I wonder if using Advanced Custom Fields would be a good alternative for capturing that information. Otherwise, I would think that requires custom development to create a new meta field, have it attach to the database, then output on the front end. Advanced Custom Fields might make that process a lot easier.
Cheers!
