MemberHey Pasquale, thanks for getting in touch!
I’ve seen similar issues pop up and each time there seems to be a conflict with the active theme or another installed plugin. Will you please run through these steps to see if there is a conflict? That will help a ton and even help pinpoint where the conflict is coming from so we can troubleshoot further.
Cheers!

MemberHey Tevya,
Thanks for following up! I also appreciate your kind words. 🙂
I do believe you could return the maximum cost programmatically, but I don’t have an exact snippet for that. I imagine it could be done by hooking into tribe_get_cost() function.
I don’t have a snippet handy, but was able to get something working with this:

You may need to tweak that up a bit, but hopefully it at least gets you started in the right direction. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Vytas!
You can customize the tickets layout by overriding the tickets.php file. Here’s a list of all the calendar templates that are available to customize, including tickets. You can also refer to our full Themer’s Guide for more detailed instructions on how to override templates.
P.S. I’m going to move this thread to our WooCommerce Tickets support forum since Pre-Sales are meant for questions related to the plugins pre-purchase. Same URL, just easier to find. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberOh, sorry–I think I may have misread your thread. I thought you were referring to the front end of your site, but it sounds like you were talking about the editing screen for events instead–sorry about that!
Just to make sure: are you not seeing a Tickets meta box (screenshot) anywhere on the event editing screen?
Thanks!

MemberHello Sravan–welcome to the forums! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for trouble here with tickets.
Will you please send me a link to an event that is not displaying the WooCommerce Tickets form? I do see plenty of examples that use the Eventbrite Tickets form, but I’d like to see one one that shows the issue with WooCommerce Tickets so we can look at the same thing.
My first suggestion (before seeing an example) would be to check the start and end dates for the tickets of your event. Are they currently live, or scheduled to start sale on a future date?
Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Tiffany! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble here with the featured images in your calendar.
I definitely see what you mean. Some of the images in the tooltip in Month View are nicely formatted and others are gigantic and overflow the container of the tooltip by a mile. That’s no good!
The first thing I noticed when digging around was that some of the images were true thumbnails and others were not. For example, check out this image:
http://www.fullcirclevenice.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/QiGongflyer-150×150.jpg
…and compare it to this image:
http://www.fullcirclevenice.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/OrmusSoundBath.jpg
Notice how the URL of the first one includes “-150×150” in the title and the second one does not.
That suggests to me that perhaps your theme is not always generating the a thumbnail for the images being uploaded. If it was, then we should be able to view the thumbnail for that second image here:
http://www.fullcirclevenice.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/OrmusSoundBath-150×150.jpg
…however, that returns a page not found.
Does the same thing happen when you use a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Fifteen? You would need to activate that theme and create new events to test, but you could do that on a subdirectory of your server so it doesn’t interfere with your live site, if you prefer.
Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Neil!
Good question. You can actually hook into that action in your theme’s functions.php file instead of directly modifying the template.
That would look something like this:
https://gist.github.com/geoffgraham/e2c3bb761e2530940a0b
Please note that I haven’t tested this myself, but it should at least give you a good starting point to add your button with the others. 🙂
Cheers!
