Cannot add ticket information to the event

I am using the following:

Woocommerce ==> 2.3.9
Eventcalendar (not PRO) ==> 3.9.3
Omega theme (by Oxygenna) ==> 4.2.2

There are no errors. I do not see ticket information displayed after the data entry.

Hello Sravan–welcome to the forums! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for trouble here with tickets.

Will you please send me a link to an event that is not displaying the WooCommerce Tickets form? I do see plenty of examples that use the Eventbrite Tickets form, but I’d like to see one one that shows the issue with WooCommerce Tickets so we can look at the same thing.

My first suggestion (before seeing an example) would be to check the start and end dates for the tickets of your event. Are they currently live, or scheduled to start sale on a future date?

Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂

Oh, sorry–I think I may have misread your thread. I thought you were referring to the front end of your site, but it sounds like you were talking about the editing screen for events instead–sorry about that!

Just to make sure: are you not seeing a Tickets meta box (screenshot) anywhere on the event editing screen?
