    Hey Luke, thanks for following up! Yeah, I knew those probably weren’t answers you were hoping for. We are indeed working on a slew of updates to our ticketing framework (ticket names, meta information, etc.). I don’t have a timeframe, but adding your vote for those features in our UserVoice forum will keep you posted as updates are made.

    I like your attitude on PHP and hope the plugins will extend well for you. While we’re limited on how much we can support custom development, feel free to post to the forums here if you bump into any specific questions about how any functions work and we’d be happy to help as best we can. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hey Cynthia, thanks for the heads up! Looks like there was a little miscommunication between our site and the plugin we use for the forums, but that should be cleared up now.

    Thanks for letting us know and do please feel free to let us know if you continue to see any other wonkiness out in the open. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hi chaser203,

    We typically close threads that have been inactive for more than a couple of weeks, but I wanted to follow up with you first to see if you still have any questions here before that happens. Please let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can.

    Hi Preston! It’s been pretty quiet in here for more than a couple of weeks, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread. Feel free to start a new thread (and reference this one) if you still have any questions here and we’d be happy to help as best we can. 🙂

    Hello Jorge! Thanks for getting in touch–I’m stoke you’re looking at going PRO and I hope we find a license that’s a good fir for you here. 🙂

    One idea might be to get the Business license for the first three sites and a Personal for the fourth. That would definitely save a few bucks if you’re absolutely certain that you won’t need more than four licenses. Note that there is no difference in the level of support or features you get between the different types of licenses–just the number of installs for support and automatic updates.

    We do occasionally send out discounts through our email newsletter and on Twitter. I’d definitely suggest plugging in there to stay in the loop for when the next promotion comes around.

    Does this help? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

    Hey there, Lara!

    Do you already have a CSS grid that provides columns for you? If so, go ahead and wrap each event instance in that column class to get the split you’re looking for. Depending on your CSS grid, that might looks something like:

    <div class=”row”>
    <?php
    $posts_array = get_posts(‘post_type=tribe_events’);
    foreach ( $posts_array as $post ) : setup_postdata( $post ); ?>
    <div id=”post-<?php the_ID() ?>” class=”<?php tribe_events_event_classes() ?> one-third”>
    <?php tribe_get_template_part( ‘list/single’, ‘event’ ) ?>
    </div><!– .hentry .vevent –>
    <?php endforeach; ?>
    </div>

    The CSS for columns isn’t included in the plugin, so you’ll need to add that to your theme’s style.css file if it isn’t there already. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hi Keith,

    Thanks for chiming in here. Removing the field altogether would require touching core plugin files (as described here) , though I would not recommend that route.

    I’m going to go ahead and close this thread while the fix for Derek’s issue is awaiting release, but we will do our best to follow-up here when we have more to share. And do please feel free to open a new thread if there are any other questions in the meantime. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hey TH, thanks for getting in touch!

    Yes, the .ics export feature is available right out of the right for The Events Calendar–PRO is not required for that.

    However, subscribing to events and notifications prior to events are not. We are actually working on the ability to subscribe to calendars via iCal. While I don’t have a target date for that to release, I do see that testing started in late May. 🙂

    Does this help answer your questions about subscribing to events? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

    Hello Kenny! Thanks for getting in touch and checking out the plugins. 🙂

    Good question. The Events Calendar PRO does not include Facebook importing and ticket selling right out of the box. While PRO comes with a ton of premium extras, you’d need to grab the Facebook Events and WooCommerce Tickets add-ons for those specific features.

    Let me know if you have any other questions and I’d be happy to help!

    Hey there, Luke! Thanks so much for getting in touch–I’m stoked you’re looking into WooCommerce Tickets. 🙂

    Man, not only are these excellent questions, but they’re awesome features as well. While custom fields and individual names for tickets isn’t available at the moment, we are indeed working on them as we speak. While I don’t have a concrete date for when it will be released, I see that testing started in late May. Definitely keep you eyes open for it to come around.

    Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

    Hi Mandarina, thanks for following up!

    One way to test for conflicts is by creating a fresh test site–this will avoid any disruption to your live site and ensure that we’ve effectively got a “clean canvas” to work with.

    • Please install a fresh copy of WordPress in a subdirectory (if you have cPanel hosting account there will probably be a one-click install to make this really easy)
    • Don’t install anything except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO
    • Please also stick to a default theme–again, there’s no need to install anything else just yet!
    • Create a few events so we have some test data to work with
    • Can you replicate the same problem?

    If you find you can replicate the problem under these conditions it would be awesome if you could stop and let us know so we can take a look while the site is still running under default conditions.

    Thanks for your help!
