MemberI’m afraid that’s the best workaround for now and I’m sorry that didn’t work out.
I dud just check into the ticket for that issue and see that it should be going out in the next release. Fingers crossed, but that should be before the end of the week, barring any catastrophes.
I’ll mark this thread Pending Fix in the meantime and will follow up when I have a new status on that ticket.
Thanks,

MemberOh shoot, I’m super sorry Julie! I totally misread your question.
I’m afraid there is is not built in way to resend a ticket in WPEC like there is in WooCommerce. The best thing I can think of is to process a new order for the customer manually with a full discount so that a new ticket is sent to the correct email address.
Cheers,
GeoffGeoff
MemberAwesome! Thanks again for reaching out. 🙂

MemberHi Karen,
Yes, we do indeed have a renewal price for the plugins that is cheaper than the full price. That discount would be provided for you during checkout and we will email you with a reminder to renew before the expiration date.
Does this help answer your question?
Cheers!

MemberHi Mirja,
Is this the same issue you have opened over here?
If so, let’s keep the questions to one thread per question so we can keep things on track. Nico is helping you out over in the other thread and is awaiting a reply and more information from you.
Thanks!

MemberHi Julie,
Great question!
You can edit the customer’s order in WooCommerce > Orders. Change the billing details for the customer, save the changes, then resend the ticket in the Order Actions box (top right of the screen).
Does this make sense? Will this work for you? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey there!
Sorry for the trouble–this is indeed an issue and we’re in the process of working on a fix.
I’ll set this thread to Pending Fix and follow-up with you when I know more, but you can add this CSS to your theme’s style.css file or use a plugin like Simple Custom CSS to fix this in the meantime:
.tribe-events-adv-list-widget .tribe-events-organizer { display: none !important; }Thanks!

MemberHey there, Darrin!
Good question. That status is from WooCommerce and indicates that an item was purchased and is waiting fulfillment. In the case of tickets, you can set the status to Complete once you’ve received the payment and want the ticket to be sent to the customer.
WooCommerce has a lot more info on what the different statuses mean and a good resource for it here:

MemberHello Jenny,
Good question and yes–it is possible to add more dates to an event. Events Calendar PRO includes a feature called recurring events which allows you to create one event with multiple instances. It even allows you to create custom recurrence patterns so that you can set the recurrences to repeat on different dates and times.
You can add different locations to each recurring instance, but that will break the event out of the recurring series and make it it’s own standalone event.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberMan, that is SO weird.
OK, let’s try this from a different route. Will you please follow the steps outlined in this article? This will help us figure out if there is a conflict with the theme or perhaps another plugin.
Thanks for your patience while we work on this together!

MemberHey there,
Sorry for the trouble! This was something that was definitely an issue in 4.0 but I thought we had released a fix for it in 4.0.1. I see you are running 4.0.1 though, so that’s no good.
Will you please try the following and replace the contents of this file:
plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/iCal.php
…with this:
That fixed the for others using 4.0. Let’s see if it does the trick here as well.
Thanks!

MemberHey there Cutxin!
Yeah, would you be willing to reinstall Events Calendar PRO for me? Please download it directly from this site by logging in and heading to My Account > Downloads. You can upload the ZIP file into WordPress or install the plugin manually.
Once you do that, it wold be awesome if you could paste your updated system information so I can see if the name of the plugin is correct.
Thanks so much!

MemberAwesome, thanks Mirja! I’m so glad we’ve narrowed things down to one last issue.
I do see you have another thread open with Nico on that very issue. For the sake of efficiency, I’ll go ahead and let you and Nico work on that together in that thread and close this one out to avoid crossing any wires.
Please feel free to open a new thread if another question or issue pops up and we’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberRight on! Yeah, WooCommerce Tickets is indeed still relevant and will be until we begin to merge the codebases for our ticketing platform more and more. We’ll certainly update our documentation when that happens though and will be sure to include those in our changelogs when they come. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberAwesome and my pleasure! Thanks again for reaching out.
It looks like Brian is helping you out in the other thread there so I’ll let you continue the conversation over there so we avoid crossing wires–it’s a lot easier to keep separate discussions in separate threads. 🙂
I’ll go ahead and close this thread but please do feel free to start a new one if any other questions come up–we’d be happy to help.
Cheers!
