Do I need to wait for any reason when a ticket order is in the “processing” mode before I check the complete button? I’m just not sure exactly how it works.

    Hey there, Darrin!

Good question. That status is from WooCommerce and indicates that an item was purchased and is waiting fulfillment. In the case of tickets, you can set the status to Complete once you’ve received the payment and want the ticket to be sent to the customer.

WooCommerce has a lot more info on what the different statuses mean and a good resource for it here:
    https://docs.woothemes.com/document/managing-orders/

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hey guys!

Thanks for the question. I didn’t realize that I had to go and complete manually the order just to get tickets in customer’s email.

But, is that possible to complete it automatically? I mean, once my payment system acknowledge the payment, the order should be set as “completed” @ woocommerce page.

    See ya!

    Howdy Daniel,

Tickets are considered “virtual” products in WooCommerce. That means you could consider auto-completed any virtual product purchases a la:
