I see George responded to your last thread that the latest release should help out. Please let him know if that isn’t the case and he’d be happy to help you out. ๐
Thanks!

MemberHi Mickey, thanks for reaching out!
Good question–yeah, the color of the text in Filter Bar can be changed by adding something like this in the theme’sย style.css or using the Simple Custom CSS plugin:
.tribe-events-filters-content a, .tribe_events_filter_item { color: orange !important; /* or whatever color you'd like */ }Will that work for you? Please let me know. ๐

MemberHey Robert,
Thanks for reaching out and great question!
You can absolutely upgrade your license at any time directly from your account here on this site. When you do, the license will be renewed and updated for a year out from the upgrade date.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.:)

MemberHi Blair,
Thanks for following up! I was able to find your application in our system and see that we replied on 3/14. Did you receive that reply? Perhaps it went into James’s spam filter?

MemberThanks for following up, Kami!
No offense taken with respect to the value of the plugin. I’m totally with you and can assure you that our goal is actively improve, maintain and support all our premium plugins, including Eventbrite Tickets. Feedback and reports like this help us do exactly that, so this is greatly appreciated. ๐
It truly is weird that authorization is continually being dropped in this case. We haven’t seen other reports like this, but it is certainly clear that our plugins are getting in the mix here since they pop up in the notices.
For the time being, would you be willing to disable the debug error notices and see if that helps? The reason being thatย if php errors and notices are working their way into our communication with EB, we probably would get unexpected results.
Thanks again! This is super helpful.

MemberThanks for chiming in Dirk!
And thanks everyone else for the feedback. You are certainly not the only ones asking about this and we are indeed looking at a better way for handling this feature so that it does not provoke any security concerns.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread since we have workarounds in the meantime, but I assure you are still talking about this internally and hope to have more to share soon. ๐
Thanks again!

MemberThat is correct! Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus will work with or without The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO installed. ๐

MemberHey there, Keith! Thanks for checking out Event Ticket Plus — I really hope it’s a nice fit for your project. ๐
Good question. Yes, both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus need to be installed and activated for Event Tickets Plus to function. Event Tickets provides the basic framework for our ticketing system and Event Tickets Plus adds the integration to ecommerce plugins, like WooCommerce.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐

MemberHi Don and thanks for getting in touch!
Good question. I haven’t tested our plugins with Creativo personally, but tried searching through our forums and internal ticketing system for known bugs and came up short. That doesn’t mean there are no issues, but it does tell me that we haven’t seen any reports of them and that we haven’t been working on any fixes.
If you have some specific issues to report, I’d be happy to check those out as best I can and see if there’s something we can do on our end to help iron them out, though I’m unable to guarantee that we could solve it.
Cheers!

MemberHey @byronclinic, thanks for reaching out!
Great question. You are correct that there is no option for editing attendee information. We do see that as a necessity and plan on working that into one of our upcoming feature releases. While I can’t make any promises, I do see that (including the ability for attendees to edit their own information) is currently slated for our 4.2 release. In the meantime, we do have a feature request for this and I’d encourage you to add your vote so you get notifications when progress is made.

MemberHey Neil and welcome to the forums — happy to have you aboard. ๐ย You are certainly in the right place for support!
I wouldn’t say we have recommended settings for Community Events. However, we do have a nice overview of the settings with explanations about each one here that I would encourage you to check out:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/community-events-settings/
3) Text is being duplicated from the Events Calendar page to the Submit an Event page.
That is indeed a known issue that we are working on releasing a fix for that in the next day or two as part of version 4.1.1. In the meantime, though, try adding this to your theme’sย style.css file or using the Simple Custom CSS plugin:
tribe_community_edit .tribe-events-before-html { display: none !important; }That should remove the duplicated content from the Community Events page until the fix is shipped — and once it is, you can certainly remove that code. ๐
Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHowdy Rachel and thanks for getting in touch!
We do not have a featured for sticky events in List View. If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or up-vote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
http://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
It is also possible with a customization.
You could modify the Event List Template following our themerโs guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
…andย add a custom query in there to show recently published events.
I can help with some more information to get you started, but unable to provide all the coding for a customization.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐
Cheers,
