Hello. I am new to TEC and just purchased CE.
1) Am I in the correct webform to get the premium support which is included in my purchase?
2) What are TEC’s recommendations for the Community Events Settings?
3) Text is being duplicated from the Events Calendar page to the Submit an Event page.
What is causing that? How can I remove the duplicated text?Screenshots are here:

Thank you very much

Doesn’t appear in the view mode – only as part of the add event cycle.
Thanks

I wouldn’t say we have recommended settings for Community Events. However, we do have a nice overview of the settings with explanations about each one here that I would encourage you to check out:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/community-events-settings/
3) Text is being duplicated from the Events Calendar page to the Submit an Event page.
That is indeed a known issue that we are working on releasing a fix for that in the next day or two as part of version 4.1.1. In the meantime, though, try adding this to your theme’s style.css file or using the Simple Custom CSS plugin:
tribe_community_edit .tribe-events-before-html { display: none !important; }
That should remove the duplicated content from the Community Events page until the fix is shipped — and once it is, you can certainly remove that code. 🙂
Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know.
Cheers!

Cheers,
