    Right on, glad to hear all is good, Brett! Thanks for following up to let us know.

    For future reference, we have a guide that provides some options for how to add a link to the Community Events submission form:

    I’ll go ahead and close this thread but let us know if any other questions come up and we’d be happy to help. 🙂

    Hey Joey,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    I was looking at your site — nice work. 🙂

    It looks like you were able to remove the cost field in both places you had mentioned (screenshot and screenshot). Were you able to solve this on your own or do you still need help removing the cost field?

    Cheers!

    Oh, gotcha. That was the only link that was provided in the thread — sorry that was not what you were expecting!

    Sounds like you are nearing a workaround which is awesome! I’ll go ahead and close this thread since I see it was marked Resolved but definitely let us know if you bump into any other questions as you continue to dig in — we’d be happy to help as best we can.

    in reply to: Event Ticket – attendees list on front page #1257271

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    Great question, though I am afraid that Event Tickets Plus only displays a list of attendees on the event/post/page that the tickets are on. There is no way to modularly display the list of attendees somewhere else, like the homepage. It might be possible with custom development, but it’s not an available setting built into the plugin.

    Yes, the attendee list is a feature in Event Tickets Plus so you would need that add-on in order to display attendees.

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

    Hi Habib,

    Great question!

    I’m afraid that Community Events does not have a setting that would allow you to prevent the number of events that are submitted for a venue. I am also unaware of any customization or snippet that would allow that to happen.

    One idea might be to manually curate the events that are submitted by making submitted events Draft status by default instead of Published. That would allow you to review and edit events before they are published, including changing the venue.

    Sorry I don’t have more of a concrete solution that fits your exact needs, but I hope this at least helps answer your question.

    Thanks,
    Geoff

    Hi Ric,

    Sorry for the confusion!

    Event Tickets Plus integrates with the a number of WordPress e-commerce plugins that allow you to sell the tickets.

    So, for example, you can use WooCommerce as the e-commerce plugin and that, in turn, allows you to accept payments through a number of payment gateways, including PayPal.

    Once that is set up, you can make tickets and those will be available for purchase:

    Creating Tickets

    Does this help clarify things a bit? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

    Hi Diana,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    Great question — Event Aggregator runs its schedule based on when the scheduled import was created. So, for example, if the import was created at 8am and scheduled to run daily, then it will run again the next day at 8am.

    There is the option to run an scheduled import manually at any other time:

    KB- run manually

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hi Clint,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    We actually do not store your credit card. We are working on the ability to auto-renew licenses and will plan to allow you to manage credit cards at that time, but right now we do not store anything at all. When your renewal is due, we will send you a reminder and, at that point, you can use the credit card of your choice.

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Thanks,
    Geoff

    Hi Henry,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    There is a styling issue in mobile view causing that to happen. We’re working on it, but you can add this to your theme’s style.css file or on the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS screen:

    .tribe-events-loop .tribe-events-event-meta {
    background: transparent !important;
    }

    I hope that helps while we work on this. In the meantime, please note that we use this Pre-Sales forum for answering questions about purchasing our plugins. If you’re looking for technical support, please use our premium forums if you have purchased a product license, or post on our WordPress.org forum if you do not have a license.

    Cheers!
