    Hey Lawrence

Thanks for sharing that screenshot. Rolling back a version on our end resolved this. As such, I’ve submitted it as a bug and we should have an update for that available in the near future. We will update you when that happens, as it may require you to remove the fix I provided.

So sorry for the runaround. We’re on the job to get this fixed.

    Thanks

    Hi Kevin

It seems that our form process for refunds and non-profit applications are both not entirely reliable. When a form is submitted, it should be delivered to us and automatically send you a confirmation message that we got the request. We are migrating this process soon to a different system. Each of those applications is received by LaToya, who also checks the email address that I shared with you. She will continue to handle this case when you reach her via email.

    Please send her an email.

I’m so sorry for any confusion or complication this has caused.

    Thanks

    Hi Guido

Event Aggregator is our servce to import events from Google Calendar. It can import many events each time that it runs. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/

You can organize more than one event per day.

Yes, the tickets will only be sent when you mark the order as completed.

You can show the amount of tickets remaining per event. Check out our guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/ to take a look at some of this.

    Thanks

    Hi Thomas

Yes, that is correct for all of our plugins except Event Aggregator . That plugin uses our servers to import events from other sources to websites, and would not work at all without a valid license.

    Hi Karanpreet

By chance have you installed just Event Tickets? Tickets can be added to posts/pages without needing to create events, so The Events Calendar isn’t required for using Tickets.

Often the view you showed happens when Event Tickets is installed but not The Events Calendar. Can you check that this is activated as well if you’d like to add “Events”?

    Thanks

    Hi Sue

Lat/Long need only be set up if you are experiencing map issues where Google doesn’t recognize the venue.

For the billing, it’s worth giving it a try without if you prefer, but I think they are pushing people more toward needing it.

We are starting to explore other map options besides Google due to this credit card need.

    Hi Kevin

I’m so sorry about this. Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support.

    Hi Belinda

Our response time is 24-48 hours on business days per our Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms. I’ll do my best to exceed that, but we are experiencing a high volume of support at this time.

So long as you have Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce all installed and activated, you should be able to see the license already registered at Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses.

Do you see the license there?

I see your license is activated at ewc.openmodellc.com.

    Thanks

    Hey Erwin

I can kick this request back to the team to see if we can isolate that for just our plugin. I’ll update you on what I find.

You could also test out https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/ to see if that can isolate the text.

    Thanks

You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.

    Hi there

So sorry for the confusion.Β  We sent an email containing a link to download Event Tickets Plus and the license key.

Can you go to My Account Β» Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.Β  Head over to Plugins Β» Installed Plugins Β» Add New next and select the Upload Plugin at the top of the screen. This should be a .zip file.Β  If your browser has unzipped the file automatically, please check your browser settings to alter that and try downloading again.

You’ll need to keep the free Event Tickets plugin active as well. Go to Plugins »  Add New Β» Upload Plugin. Then activate your plugin.

After that, get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses to enter it (though very likely it’s already entered when you activate your plugin).

Also, you’ll need to install an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.

You may want to update The Events Calendar as well.

It looks like you tried to activate your license, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.

Let me know if this works now.

    Thanks

    Hi there

https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-google-maps/#conflicts has a code snippet to remove the Javascript call for Google Maps from our plugin, if another plugin or theme happens to already call for it.

Can you give that a try and let me know if that works?

    Thanks

    Hi Guido

Event Tickets Plus relies upon e-commerce plugins to handle payment processing. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.

You can create multiple tickets per event, such as adult/child.

When the transaction occurs, the user will receive a confirmation with the ticket. The e-commerce system should also send a purchase receipt.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks

    Hi Tyler

At this time, Event Aggregator does not natively import from Zoom. However, it could work if Zoom provices an iCal/.ICS link. Do you happen to know if that’s possible?

If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
