Can’t Activate

Hello. I just downloaded and set up Events Calendar. Then bought Event Tickets Plus. I installed it and activated it.

When I go to the settings page there is no ticket tab. When I go to the licensing page it asks for the License Key for Event Aggregator.

Can someone please look into this for me?

Hey Belinda

Have you first installed Event Tickets and an e-commerce plugin? We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.

They are needed for Event Tickets Plus to work properly.

Please let me know if that resolves the issue.

Thanks! I will download the Woo-Commerce plugin. Do I do that in the Plugin section of WordPress or in an area of Event Tickets? Can you give me a link to the correct plugin for WordPress?

What I’m wondering is why don’t I see tickets in the settings area if I’ve installed Event Tickets Pro and why is it asking me for the License Key for Event Aggregator and not Event Tickets?

Hey Belinda

WooCommerce can be found by going to Plugins » Add New. They have a guide on how to get started at https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/.

You won’t see tickets unless you have a way to process payments for those tickets.

Let me know if adding Woo enables the license key for Event Tickets Plus.

I purchased Events Calendar Pro thinking that might help. Now on the License page I can see the new license key. I DO NOT see the Key for Event Tickets Plus.

Hi Belinda

Our response time is 24-48 hours on business days per our Scope of Support / Terms. I’ll do my best to exceed that, but we are experiencing a high volume of support at this time.

So long as you have Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce all installed and activated, you should be able to see the license already registered at Events » Settings » Licenses.

Do you see the license there?

I see your license is activated at ewc.openmodellc.com.
