    Hey Team,

    I filled out the Non-Profit application for Events Calendar Pro on Thurs, July 26th (give or take a day), and am eagerly awaiting your decision.

    Can you please check the status of an application for Boulder County Intergroup, — a 501(c)(3), since 2010 — in Boulder, Colorado. We coordinate all volunteer activities, run a 24/7 hotline and operate a bookstore for 108 Alcoholics Anonymous Groups throughout the County (supporting a fellowship of 5000+ recovering alcoholics).

    We very much appreciate the opportunity to apply as a Non-Profit affiliate, and are more than happy to re-submit application, should some mistake have occurred in the original submission.

    Any discount for Not for profit

    You already told me to re-submit application, so I did on the morning of Wednesday, August 8th, per link above. Are you saying LaToya does not see that second submission?

    If you can’t find that second submission from Wednesday, is there any chance I can call someone on the phone or do live online chat, just to make sure my 3rd submission is done correctly? It will take just two minutes.

    Again, this is for Boulder County Intergroup, Boulder, Colorado.

    Hey Courtney,

    I’m confused. I’m not asking for a refund; I’m trying to submit an application for a non-profit license of Events Calendar Pro. I’ve submitted two, first on July 26th-ish and second one this week on Wed, August 8th, per our discussion.

    On Aug 9th, you reported LaToya still can’t find record of Application, so I am concerned something is broken with the submission on your end, or I keep making a mistake on mine, which I can’t figure out.

    QUESTION: Should I submit a 3rd time, or can you introduce me to a Support person, so I don’t have to repeat my story?

    Another question, when I submit an application, do you send an immediate reply email to confirm application was received?

    I’ve never received an email confirming receipt of application.

    Hi Kevin

    It seems that our form process for refunds and non-profit applications are both not entirely reliable. When a form is submitted, it should be delivered to us and automatically send you a confirmation message that we got the request. We are migrating this process soon to a different system. Each of those applications is received by LaToya, who also checks the email address that I shared with you. She will continue to handle this case when you reach her via email.
