MemberHi Sam
I’ll continue working this out on the duplicate thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/where-do-you-find-shortcodes/
Thanks
Courtney 🙂

MemberHi Jukka
That is not something we offer at this time. If each user represented a site, this might work. But then you’d need licenses to reflect the many sites.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Daniel
Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com to determine this.
Thanks

MemberHi Carlo
With Event Tickets Plus, this is possible. You can toggle displaying attendees in the event settings.

At the bottom of our demo example, you can see how this will display: http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/.
Both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus can be enabled on posts/pages without using The Events Calendar. You’ll go to Events » Settings » Tickets » Tickets Settings » Post types that can have tickets to enable this.

MemberHi Jennifer
Can you check that Events Calendar Pro is active in Plugins » Installed Plugins
Also, when you go to Events » Settings » Licenses, do you see the license as active there?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Brett
All our plugins, except Event Aggregator, will work after the license expires. You would no longer receive product updates for bugs/features or access to support. The rest will function as it last had for your last available update.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
If you qualify for non-profit, you can apply for our non-profit discount by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
⚠️Please Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.

MemberHi Stiftelsen
So sorry for the confusion. We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. Head over to Plugins » Installed Plugins » Add New next and select the Upload Plugin at the top of the screen. This should be a .zip file. If your browser has unzipped the file automatically, please check your browser settings to alter that and try downloading again.
You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well. Go to Plugins » Add New » Upload Plugin. Then activate your plugin.
After that, get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it (though very likely it’s already entered when you activate your plugin).
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi William
Please follow https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/ to get installed.
If you are unable to install The Events Calendar, please disable all other plugins and revert to a default theme to install these. It seems like you may have a conflict somewhere.
Thanks

MemberHey Sam
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
We have a few other shortcodes for things such as single events https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Lance
In this case, no cost. However, I can’t promise a response date yet. I’ll move your thread to that queue for now, and won’t receive updates on the status. One of our teammates will respond as soon as we’ve got a little extra bandwidth for customizations like this.
Thanks

MemberHi Seishiro
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently declined our efforts to work with them. https://theeventscalendar.com/important-facebook-api-changes/ We are terribly sorry about this.
We really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi Steve
Our recurring events are only an option within the Events Calendar Pro license. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/ is an overview to use the recurring features.
You can apply for our non-profit discount by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
⚠️Please Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
A third-party plugin that we do not create nor maintain might work in a pinch for you: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/. This would use one event as the master template and you’d still manually recreate all events in a series from that.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there
I checked in with a few other team members on the conditional logic. You could use the get_event_costs( $event ) function from
https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/master/src/Tribe/Cost_Utils.php#L46-L77
If that exceeds your coding ability, this is a perfect candidate for our custom development queue. We can’t promise that we’ll get to it soon, but customizing an existing snippet that we have would help you achieve this.
Let me know if you’d like me to move this thread to that queue.
Thanks

MemberHey Erwin & Dennis
If you opt to go with Say What and are using Tribe Commerce, here are the suggested changes:
Single event view
Original string: Buy now
Text domain: event-tickets
Text context: (leave empty)
Replacement string: Donate now (or as you want it)List view:
Original string: Buy Now!
Text domain: event-tickets
Text context: list view buy now ticket button
Replacement string: Donate now (or as you want it)Note the ‘Original string’ is case- and whitespace-sensitive. It needs to be exactly like the original string
Please let me know if these work for you.
Thanks
