I purchased this at a price point of 89 dollars for a service that has not worked in several weeks. I have attempted to fix this repeatedly on my own, and I do NOT USE this for ANYTHING other than Facebook. I feel I have paid for a service that is not being provided and would like a refund asap.
We really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
