MemberHi Gordon
That is very odd. The email that you received upon purchase contains a link to download a zip file. I’m wondering if something happened in the download process?
You are still able to download the zip file by going to My Account » Downlaods.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Joakim
You have come across a known bug. Unfortunately, I do not have a timeframe on when it will be resolved. However, I do know that you are still covered here for support. I’d suggest keeping an eye on the updates as well to see if you need to manually update. Otherwise, I believe all should continue working fine even if the error message persists. I’m sorry that is happening.
I will flag this ticket so that you are notified as soon as an update is available.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Fowaz
You can take a look at our example site to see how the plugin functions:
You’ll see a second search tool, our plugin Filter Bar. That tool specifically can search by state abbreviations. However, the normal search may pull the state results in the Near/Location area. I ran the search on the example using the full name of the state. I do know entering a zip code here will find correct results.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Fowaz
The issue might be the formatting of the CSV. Can you adjust your CSV based on one of these examples?
The Events Calendar – Mock Data Generator – Organizers
The Events Calendar – Mock Data Generator – Venues
The Events Calendar – Mock Data Generator – Events
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHello Crystal
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key to see if that solves the issue?
Thanks

MemberHi Mike
Yes, you would need both plugins. Events Calendar Pro is required to display events in a map view.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHi David
Unfortunately, we do not offer multisite licenses with the Nonprofit Partnership Program. The single license that you received will cover you for one of the sites within the multisite.
I’m sorry about the confusion. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Uwe
That is definitely unexpected behavior. Can you tell me what the uploaded image dimensions are?
Also, does this happen after going through Testing for Conflicts? Disable all other plugins and use a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen.
I hope we can get this resolved quickly
Thanks

MemberHi Brian and Amanda
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHello Madhu
The good news is that Events Tickets Plus does work with Easy Digital Downloads.
However, to allow others to create events you’d need our Community Events plugin. And to allow the community members to make tickets available for sale, you’d need Community Tickets.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberThanks Matt. Unfortunately, I’m not sure I have a good solution for that. Could the slider handle an image that links to the featured event? It’d mean recreating the image with a different linked event each time.
I hope you find a solution.
Thanks

MemberIt’s available on the free version as well Joe.

MemberHi James
You can certainly customize the CSS of the button to match. A few tips on styling that include:
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- Typically, don’t change the theme or plugin’s css files, they will be overwritten on updates. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
I’d suggest starting with the Chrome Developer Tools to inspect the button that you like.
Thanks
