    A quick way to know if it is an Avada issue is to quickly revert to a default WordPress theme and see if the same issue occurs. Can you let me know if that is the case?

    Yes, Event Tickets Plus works independently of Events Calendar. You can use the free version with ET+.

    You can use the tickets on a custom post type.

    And payments can work with Woo & EDD.

    You may only need the personal license, which covers just 1 site. Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com to downgrade the number of sites on your license.

    Hello Kari

    Sorry for the confusion.ย  You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.

    Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.ย  You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.

    Then get your license key, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it.

    It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.

    Let me know if this works now.
