MemberHi George
The Events Calendars and Events Calendar Pro are compatible with PHP7. I have tested these on my own server as well.
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes with the Pro plugin.
The other plugins that you mentioned are developed by 3rd parties, and not our plugins. I am not sure if they are PHP7 compatible, but their support forums may give you an answer there.
Thanks

MemberHello
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys? That should get your domains resolved quickly.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Alexander
I’m sorry we weren’t able to meet your needs. If there is anything else that you need support with, please do ask.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Sam
Yes, you can even use Event Tickets Plus without The Events Calendar if you had to. And we do integrate with WooCommerce. You’ll need to activate Woo and ETP at the same time to see the ticket purchase options.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Maryam
The ticket form is normally injected via the action:
tribe_events_single_event_after_the_metaWithin the single event template, the relevant code is: `
<?php do_action( 'tribe_events_single_event_after_the_meta' ) ?>
Could you have inadvertently removed that? If so, I recommend you restore it
OR
You could call it directly via
Tribe__Events__Tickets__Eventbrite__Main::instance()->print_ticket_form();Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Benjamin
I am a bit confused at how to help. Our website sells tools for other website owners to create and sell events and tickets. It sounds like you may have a payment issue with an event creator. Is that correct? I’m not sure that we can provide support for that.
Thanks

MemberHi Stefan
These features are already available in Events Calendar Pro. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Tamar
I’m sorry we are not able to fix this. Have you tried reaching out to the theme developer?
Can you send me a screenshot of what you see with just our plugin and the theme activated?
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
I’m hoping we can fix this instead.
Thanks

MemberHi Tim
I do see your active license. ย When you go to Eventsย ยป Settingsย ยป Licenses – do you see your license activated? If you need to get that again, you can go to My Account ยป Licenses on our site.
When you go to Dashboard ยป Updates, do you see an update available for our plugins?
If these aren’t working, you can safely delete our plugins (your data will not be lost). Go to Plugins ยป Installed Plugins. Select our plugins with checkboxes, then deactivate them (top of the screen). Then select them again, and delete them. Finally, go to My Account ยป Downloads on our site to download the plugin again and install it.
Let me know how far you get with these.
Thanks

MemberHi Jeremy
Have you tried to remove the license and then re-add it?
Thanks
Courtney ๐Courtney
MemberHi Scott, I’ve sent your response notice on to Caroline for when she is in for today.
Until then, I’d like to confirm with you regarding:
1. Event Aggregator – Were you importing events from private Facebook events? Also, is your Facebook token currently active? This periodically times out (based upon Facebookโs settings) and needs a reconnection
2. Filter Bar – were you able to get that working on /events?
Looking forward to getting you all set.
Thanks

MemberHello Mryam
It seems like you might not have received our email with your purchase: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-eventbrite-tickets/ should help you get started.
The end result should look similar to our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/event/eventbrite-tickets-demo-event/.
You can find more resources at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/plugin/eventbrite-tickets/
Does this help get you started?
Thanks

MemberThanks Jennifer. I’m glad that worked for you. I had to do that with a theme I used as well.
