No data is displayed in settings

    I have purchased and installed both the Events Calendar and Pro as instructed in your primer. When checking my settings there is nothing displayed under any tab. I have disabled other plugins that I thought may be interfering but I get the same result.
    I set this up for a client. Please let me know how I can fix this ASAP.

    Hello Tamar

    Can you also check by using a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/. For more info, see our Testing for Conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ guide.

    Let me know if the theme is the source of the conflict. This is very odd.

    Yes, That is the problem. How do I go about getting a refund… unless you think we can get it to work?

    I’m sorry we are not able to fix this. Have you tried reaching out to the theme developer?

    Can you send me a screenshot of what you see with just our plugin and the theme activated?

    We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

    I’m hoping we can fix this instead.
