Let me know if the theme is the source of the conflict. This is very odd.

Can we try a different way? WordPress also allows you to call for combined RSS by using a link like this: http://www.yourdomain.com/?feed=rss&cat=15,16.

To find your Category Numbers:

Go to Events » Event Categories. Then mouse over the name of a category.

I’m sorry that is happening to you.  Can you tell me which shortcode you used?  Preferably, copy/paste it here, and/or include a screenshot of how it is embedded into your site.  (Screenshots must be uploaded by visiting our site, not attached to respond-by-email).

Since you are suspecting your theme, have you switched to a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ to test if it works there?

Did you reach out to your theme developer? They may have some insights why this is happening?

Were you importing events from private Facebook events? Also, is your Facebook token currently active? This periodically times out (based upon Facebook’s settings) and needs a reconnection.

Hi Scott, I believe Caroline (@mia-caro) might have emailed you reaching out already. I’m sorry if that didn’t go through somehow. I know she wants to confirm exactly which licenses should be refunded. I believe it’s the two personal licenses, and one of the the EA licenses, while working with you to upgrade the other EA license to the next tier up (if you anticipate that quantity of imports). Can you confirm this?

I’m researching your screenshot and error messages. I’ll let you know what I find.

TIf your plugin doesn’t integrate with the /events page, I’d suggest doing a theme override using our Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/.

The file that you would duplicate is based upon your default view on /events. You can find this file at:

/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/

Duplicate this, and add it to your theme at
wp-content/themes/your-theme/tribe-events

Let me know if adding the tracking code this this file works for you.
