Hello a customer has just after I called him for June an event booked.

Unfortunately, the customer is created at the creation date in April.

I have no way to look for which date he booked. Because he is in my hands in April and not in June

Please ask for quick support

I am a bit confused at how to help. Our website sells tools for other website owners to create and sell events and tickets. It sounds like you may have a payment issue with an event creator. Is that correct? I’m not sure that we can provide support for that.
