MemberHello George
I’d be happy to take a look. Could you send me a link to the exact page this is happening on?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHello Matt
That is unexpected for sure. I’m sorry this is happening to you.
First, can you go through our Testing for Conflicts guide and disable all other plugins and use a default theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ to test?
Next, at any point were there customizations made to override the plugins on your site?
Finally, can you send us links to exactly which pages this is happening on?
I hope we can get this resolved quickly for you.
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHello Debra
Can you resend your website link again? The one you sent sends and error.
Without seeing your site, I do know Filter Bar is only designed to work on the default events page, and not on a page with a shortcode.
Hoping we can get this resolved for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Vicente
Can you try to install Events Calendar Pro with no other plugins active (except The Events Calendar) and using a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ (per our Testing for Conflicts guide).
First deactivate/delete Events Calendar Pro from your site and then re-install/activate it.
Does this resolve the issue?
Thanks

MemberThanks David. Glad that it is working for you.

MemberHello Sebastian
We do not offer a way to duplicate events. However, there is a 3rd party plugin that works with our’s that can do this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/.
We do offer recurring events in our Events Calendar Pro plugin. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Rémi
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin. You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/. If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHello Christopher
We’d be happy to help sort that out for you.
Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com about your coupon code.
You can import CSVs based upon Venues, Organizers, Events, and RSVPs.

I’d suggest making a test version of each of these items and using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/ to see how your csv file should be organized on import.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Fowaz
We do not offer a way to hide the plugin from your source code. You might want to check out other ways to achieve this. https://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-amazing-security-plugin-for-wordpress/4177158 may work for your needs.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Cindy
Upgrading will not erase your events. You will keep The Events Calendars active while also adding Events Calendar Pro.
However, it is always a good idea to keep a backup of your whole site. Often your host provides this for rolling back about a day.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Catherine
I’m really sorry we weren’t able to meet your needs. We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Also, please send in your System Info to the premium forums.
In the meantime, you can try some of these tips to help you customize this further include:
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- Typically, don’t change the theme or plugin’s css files, they will be overwritten on updates. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHello Joe
Unfortunately, our plugin only supports 1 shortcode with [tribe_events] (Calendar View Shortcodes) per page. However, you can add multiple Widget Shortcodes. I’d suggest using a combination that would meet your needs.
[tribe_events view="list" category="one"]
and
[tribe_events_list category="another"]
.
Another option is to use 1 shortcode to show both categories:
[tribe_events_list categories="one, another"]
Would these options work for you?
Thanks

MemberHi Liza
I’m confirming, you have kept only Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce active, as well as 2016 while testing?
Is there any chance you have customized the core plugin instead of adding customizations to the theme folder?
If these are not the source of the problem, could you delete both Event Tickets plugins and reinstall them? You can get to them via My Account » Downloads.
I am hoping that resolves the issue. Keep me posted.
Thanks
