ParticipantHello!
This is a support postI did not login to get the coupon code earlier and now the coupon code is expired. Can you send me a new coupon code so I can renew the Event Calendar Pro license?
Also, is it possible to import the event and event details (venue, venue location, organizer, organizer phone and email) at one time from a CSV file?
Thanks so much.

MemberHello Christopher
We’d be happy to help sort that out for you.
Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com about your coupon code.
You can import CSVs based upon Venues, Organizers, Events, and RSVPs.

I’d suggest making a test version of each of these items and using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/ to see how your csv file should be organized on import.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

ParticipantWill I be able to import at one time from the CSV file or do I have to do each one seperately? ie: events, organizers, venue?
How does the organizer and venue get tied to a specific event if doing them seperately?

MemberHello Christopher
I actually just found https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/.
Per the Events section of the examples:
Before importing events it is best to import or otherwise create the Organizers and Venues first. Once those are done, you can import an event and specify the unique Organizer name and Venue name that you have already added, and thus attach an event to the already imported organizers and/or venues.
Using CSV Import, you’d need each type imported individually.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
