    Hi Liza

    Do you have any different fields or settings on the other event?

    Have you tested this with all other plugins except those made by Modern Tribe disabled (including disabling The Events Calendar Shortcode – that is a 3rd party plugin we did not create)?

    I’m going to ping a few developers for further ideas here.

    Thanks

    Hi George

    Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance Β» Customize Β» Additional CSS?

    .tribe-mini-calendar thead, .tribe-mini-calendar-event .list-date, .tribe-mini-calendar .tribe-events-present {
    background-color: #0c71c3;
    }

    .et_pb_widget a {color: #0c71c3 !important;}

    Let me know if this works for you.

    Thanks

    Sorry George, can you send me a link to the widget location specifically? I’m not seeing it when I visit the earlier links to your site.

    Thanks

    Hello Liza

    Yesterday we rolled out some updates. Can you be sure to run those updates on The Events Calendar.

    While I look into this further, can you send me a screenshot of how you set up the ticket on http://tomorrowsyouth.com.au/event/canberra/. Also, is there any extra code added to the text editor in the description of this event?

    I’m checking further into this still.

    Thanks

    Hello Christopher

    I actually just found https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/.

    Per the Events section of the examples:

    Before importing events it is best to import or otherwise create the Organizers and Venues first. Once those are done, you can import an event and specify the unique Organizer name and Venue name that you have already added, and thus attach an event to the already imported organizers and/or venues.

    Using CSV Import, you’d need each type imported individually.

    Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks

    Hello Sebastian

    Yes, when you are ready to transfer the domain license, you’d just follow the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys.

    Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks

    Hi Joe

    There’s unfortunately no way to use featured images with tribe_events_list at this time. ?

    I’m sorry to disappoint! Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

    Thanks

    Hello Paul

    I’m glad you found a solution! We do support some staging situations. In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.Β

    If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.Β  You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.Β  If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.

    Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks

    Hello Crystal

    The content will still be available. You do not even need to delete the existing plugin. After purchase, you’ll be emailed a license key, or you can go to My Account Β» Licenses. Copy/paste the license to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses.

    Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks
