MemberHi Melanie
I’m glad you got the first part all set.
Can you open a 2nd ticket regarding the Eventbrite issue? Please upload the image again directly to that ticket. Unfortunately, it didn’t come through for me to see.
I’ll close out this ticket as the initial issue has been resolved.
Thanks

MemberHi Richard
It looks like that heading is a part of your theme, and not set by our plugin.
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance Β» Customize Β» Additional CSS?
.post-type-archive-tribe_events .page-title { display:none !important; }Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHey Josh
We replaced WooTickets https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-wootickets/ a while ago with Event Tickets Plus.
To run Event Tickets Plus, we do require that you use an e-commerce plugin alongside it. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
Does that help to clarify things?
Thanks

MemberHello Mateja
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.Β
You might find your plugin conflict quickly by using Plugin Detective https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).Β
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Please share or reshare in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Mario
Can you go to Events Β» Settings Β» General Β» End of day cutoff and modify this from midnight to a later time?
Please let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Torsten
It looks like you’re site needs some updates. Can you go to Dashboard Β» Updates and check that all plugins/themes are up to date?
Then see if your events page displays.
Please let me know how this goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Richard
I believe the steps on https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/altering-or-removing-titles-on-calendar-views/ will help you resolve this.

MemberHey Adam
Events Calendar Pro will enable a few different features, such as the different view types. You can see a front-end demo of it at WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. Check the “View As” in the top right corner.
You are able to customize the look further by doing some coding work. See the Themer’s Guide for help with this.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Symeon
You shouldn’t need to build a template. Test how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events Β» Settings Β» Display Β»
Default stylesheet used for events templates
& Events template.

I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at The Events Calendar
If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Mikkel
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHey JP
So sorry for the delay. I was out under the weather for a few days.
Simply add renewals for all of your bundle products to your cart, then use the coupon code bundle-renew-4u to apply your custom bundle discount to your order. Thanks for your support!
Thanks

MemberHi Haley
Recurring events can be used within Events Calendar Pro. Here’s our guide on how to use recurring events: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
You can filter events for sure. You can either do this by using Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ to display the calendar with just those events, or even just link to the category. https://wpshindig.com/events/category/wp-meetups/ is an example on our demo site.
If that amount of filtering isn’t enough, see the Filter Bar plugin. It is in use on our demo site WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/ on the 2nd row.
Event Tickets will enable you to create RSVPS and tickets. At this time, it is limited to working with just Paypal. For more e-commerce solutions, see Event Tickets Plus. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads for payment purposes with ETP. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
Thanks

MemberHi Diana
So sorry that your events seem to hang. That should not be happening. Since we’re in the pre-sales forum, I’m limited at helping you troubleshoot, but do see our guide on testing for conflicts. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
When you upgrade to Events Calendar Pro, keep the free The Events Calendar installed as well. You will not lose what you’ve entered.
Thanks

MemberHi there
I am unable to see the image you’ve tried to attach. Were you attaching it to an email reply? Those images, unfortunately, don’t reach us.
Please visit https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/spacing-and-font/ to upload the image.
