convert to paid version of Events

Hi there,

I have the unpaid version of Events on this site. When I do a search it just hangs.

If you upgrade to the paid version, do you lose all the event data you have entered?

So sorry that your events seem to hang. That should not be happening. Since we’re in the pre-sales forum, I’m limited at helping you troubleshoot, but do see our guide on testing for conflicts. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

When you upgrade to Events Calendar Pro, keep the free The Events Calendar installed as well. You will not lose what you’ve entered.
