MemberHi Nina
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Adding the CSS code to Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS will not be lost with an update and is easy to delete as well.
Thanks

MemberHi Sheri
I am excited about the way Beaver Builder is integrating with The Events Calendar and our other plugins. At this time, they are entirely handling the way that our plugin works within their system. I can provide some support and test out exactly the same features that you see. But – this is their project, and as such, beyond our Scope of Support / Terms.
I do know that they’ve begun work on integrating our Filter Bar into their system. However, that isn’t in the alpha or beta release yet. I’ll be very curious to see this rolled out. At this time, we don’t even offer Filter Bar as a shortcode option.
I see that you are using a Photo view, which is the closest to a masonry layout that we offer. What type of view are you wanting?
When I use Themer, I have edited single and category/tag archives.

Where are you editing? I’m guessing you are in a post/page using Builder?
At this time, I don’t see a way for Themer to interact with the default /events page. Is that what you were aiming for?
Sorry this is full of more questions. This integration is new, and I’m thrilled to have a client I can work with to explore possibilities.
Thanks

MemberHi Edward
Unfortunately we cannot provide help for non-default WordPress themes (like Twenty Seventeen), per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your theme author, site developer, or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Thanks

MemberHi Gavin
Can you send along your System Info? It would show us what theme you are using and we could see if anyone else has reported the same issue.
It may also be helpful to reach out to the theme developer to see if they have a suggestion as well.
Thanks

MemberHello Gavin
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Jimmy
Do you have any upcoming events that you could publish? I was able to see the calendar but would like an event to try clicking on to see what happens.
Thanks

MemberHi Janet
At this time, we are a WordPress only tool. However, we are launching another option within the next few months that will work on Drupal. Check it out and sign up to be notified at http://m.tri.be/19qc.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jennifer
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

MemberHi Josep
At this time, we do not have a way to do that. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Until then, if you are code-savvy, you could achieve this possibly by referring to our Themer’s Guide.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there Edward
So sorry for the delay. I believe you are seeing “Events Archive” as part of how your theme was coded.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/altering-or-removing-titles-on-calendar-views/ should be able to help you override these settings. Can you give it a try and let me know how it goes?
Thanks

MemberHi there
I did ping the support person in touch with you on that thread. He will be responding shortly.
Since we’ve handled the Filter Bar request, I’ll close this thread out for now.
Thanks

MemberHi Maria
Many plugin developers may not yet be aware that WordPress.com business users can actually install WordPress.org hosted plugins, or upload premium plugins. I did a test that on our business WordPress.com account, I was able to install Say What and My Custom Functions. My Custom Functions would be how to get around needing access to files using the Themer’s Guide for overriding our files.
I do think that the Say What plugin will be much easier for you to use. I was able to install it on our account and then go to Tools » Text Changes.
You might find it easier to access these settings in a more traditional WordPress Dashboard. From your normal login dashboard, select the “My Site” tab. On the left, scroll down to WP-Admin.
Can you try installing Say What and see if that works for you?
Our premium plugins can be shared quickly. However, we rely on community members that wish to do the work of translating the files. On WordPress.org, they control how quickly our free plugins there get updated. The Events Calendar and Event Tickets.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Glenda
We are hoping this will be ready be the end of Q1, but it might be into quarter 2. So – a few months from now? That’s the most specific information I’ve got for now.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
