MemberThis is what got imported for me, that last time I tried it: https://cl.ly/382t1a0B212j
You’re saying it didn’t import this way for you?
Cliff
MemberIn that case, I’ll point you back to your other console error:
You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.
Please disable any other map plugins or theme options that may be loading Google Maps and see if that causes it to work for you as expected.
Let me know what you find out.

MemberHeck yeah!
I didn’t even know this fix/feature was upcoming.
I think it was the solution to the problem you and others have brought up for some time now, and I’m very glad to hear this is more understandable and customizable for your needs.
Sorry about the extra effort here, but I hope this solution lasts a good, long time for you and others!

MemberBrian, thanks for that update.
I know it’s something our developers are working on already.
With the test site they have setup, they have found the following so far:
- There isn’t any issues with storing meta on RSVPs
- WooCommerce does not store meta (as reported by users)
- The tribe-event-tickets-plus-meta-hash cookie was present after purchasing from WooCommerce
That information really isn’t helpful, since there’s not a fix yet, but they’re researching and working on it.

MemberMathew, please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/removing-ical-and-google-calendar-links/#post-1234845
I hope that works for you.
Cliff
MemberDamien, I’m very glad to hear that!
We couldn’t have done it without Mathew, and I rewarded him with a license extension.
I hope the oddities of using shortcodes (this or another) in their plugins gets resolved soon on their end.
February 14, 2017 at 6:17 pm in reply to: Shortcode for events list – hide event after start date reached #1234903Cliff
MemberWe do not provide support for third-party themes or plugins that integrate with ours.
However, I did dig into that shortcode and found its logic in this file: /wp-content/plugins/fusion-core/shortcodes/class-fusion-events.php
Their shortcode does not use tribe_get_events() and I believe that means your tribe_events_pre_get_posts hook is not firing.
Also, it’s an action hook, and your code is “add_filter”.
So, multiple things going on–using Avada and trying to do custom coding–neither of which we provide support for, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your personal developer, Avada support, or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

Member@Stuart and @lmburford,
Please create your own separate threads (it’s okay to link back to this one) and please share your System Information if the Testing for Conflicts steps above don’t solve the issue for you.
Maybe we’ll find a common denominator amongst these 3 reports of the issue.
Thank you.

MemberBram,
Another team member came up with this custom code to override the QR… but hopefully someday it’ll be a template file that adheres to our Themer’s Guide.
For now, please check it out:

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Cliff
MemberGreat! We’re glad to help!
Cliff
MemberPlease provide a link to the page from your screenshot–the page where you want the quantity to be readonly (i.e. not editable).
Also, do you want this to be the same behavior for all tickets or only this one event’s?
