Since I answered your question about that feature request, I will Close this ticket.
You should open a new thread about your site not working… if these generally-recommended troubleshooting steps do not work for you:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.

MemberI see you upgraded PRO to a Business license and that 2 sites are connected to that license, so I think that question of yours is resolved. Therefore, I’ll Close this thread.
Regarding Facebook image importing, it is a known issue that we will eventually fix. As stated in my previous reply, please open a new thread about it so we can keep this thread to the license key question.

You might try getting the iCal link from a different view, like List View and see if that works better for you.

I’m not 100% clear what you’re wanting.
Each event is its own WordPress post except that it’s of the tribe_events custom post type.
Could you maybe share more information about what you’re asking for?

Does it happen in other browsers as well? If not, you might try disabling some or all of your Chrome extensions.

Sorry for the confusion.
You have a Personal (single site) license for Events Calendar PRO. A regular Event Aggregator license supports 10 sites.
You can review your licenses at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
You can also review your Orders and Upgrade your existing license.

This functionality isn’t currently possible, but you could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
